Doubtful. I've lived in a lot of neighborhoods and grew up in rural areas. I'm no stranger to neighbors with a couple boats or cars in their yard, or the occasional target practice. If you aren't single-handedly generating essentially 100% of the noise in the neighborhood, during every non-working hour of every day, then it isn't you. On the other hand, if you are, then I hope you spend every day for the rest of your life with a moderate itch on the bottom of your foot.

It also sounds like you have some property so that gets a bit of a pass. I'm in suburbia so everyone is packed in here. It's also frustrating because like Binary said, it's just the one family. Most everyone else keeps up on their homes/yards etc.

My power was out when I got up. This morning. They got it back on at noon but went out at 330 and hasn’t been back on since.
