You get 100 points to use for selection of players, where you will need to select 1 goalkeeper and 10 outfield players in one of the four predetermined formations (3-5-2, 3-4-3, 4-3-3 or 4-4-2, where first number is number of defenders, second number is midfielders and third number is forwards). Also, Physioroom.com has a list of Premier League players who are injured - it's updated pretty often and I think it's an essential resource when trying to select your team.
