I don't know Frebis. That's a good question. I can only speak for me, I think I'd take jail over the guilt because the guilt would be with me until the day I die.
But so will all of the memories of butt stuff, beatings, metal toilets and the hooch made in those toilets.
You're also forgetting that if you go to jail, you're both in jail and have guilt for fucking the guy up. Double whammy.
They don't make "hooch" in their metal toilets. Come on now. And, one jail is completely different than the other.
Wouldn't the guy get an assault or assault & battery or whatever, charge? He didn't intend to give him brain damage, it was just assault. So, if it was like a first offense or whatever, wouldn't he have just plead to some deal, and probably no jail time? It's probably the civil suit the family brings for suffering that would do him in for a long time. Oh, and shegirl, you should probably close this thread since there's a new wdt.
