Looks like the first-stage water platform landing was a bit hard... it'll be interesting to see how hard. https://twitter.com/SpaceX?ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^author
What did they taste like? Anyone catch HBO this afternoon? They're airing a 7.5 hour cut of the Godfather and Godfather 2 right now with all the scenes in both movies in chronological order with tons of deleted scenes added back in.
I can just imagine the conversation: "Mommy I wanna be Darth Vader!" "No. You're going to be Elsa so we can look progressive to our friends," "But mommy, Elsa's a girl!" "You don't know that. Check your privilege."
Oh, no, I was watching. But, you picturing in your mind whether or not shegirl is a squirter is weird.
Not yet, but I can't wait to see it. When I was in HS I did this exact same thing with VHS tapes of the movies. Can't wait to see the deleted scenes.
They used to have a not-easy-to-find version of that in VHS or they would show it in second-run theatres. Part I & II movies with the pulp fiction format removed. I found it an interesting but unnecessary experiment, BUT you got all those extra scenes which made it more awesome. And I think part I is better than part II. Come and get me.
I dream of us coming together as one and demanding legislation that oversees anybody basing their lives around what Tumblr tells them to do as an enemy of the date, put against a wall and shot. Your. Son. Is. A. Boy. Genetics is a science and not open for debate. Trans isn't something you just "convince" somebody of like a favourite sports team. This is just a friendlier way of breeding a serial killer.
Tough call, but very defensible. I think I like part II better because I haven't seen it quite as many times. It's rare that a sequel lives up to the original, but there are a few out there and this is one of them. I'd throw Empire Strikes Back up there as better than the original as well.
Working in an abandoned office complex - an update Another casualty this morning. The absentee landlord didn't bother having the parking lot salted despite the snow that fell yesterday and overnight. As a result, someone fell flat on their back, hitting the back of their skull and cutting their finger. 255 days to go
I was let go this morning. It is a relief. I've been looking for a new job for a few weeks now. I'll pick up shifts at my night job and have more time to look for another. For as small a role as that job was, the stress it caused was unreal. My stress levels are about to plummet.
I'm partial to T1, but that's due to sentimental reasons. 2 is probably the better movie. In other news, during my much needed cleaningpalooza I've been listening to Bad Company. I'm a big fan, but it's always nice to hear some of the songs that weren't the smash hits, like 'The Sky is Burning,' 'Good Lovin' Gone Bad,' 'Live for the Music' and especially 'Electric Land.' Good stuff.
No, not the startup. I was the admin person at a tiny engineering office. They've been in business about 5 years but had only 2 employees (including the owner) until last year. You could sorta call that a startup? Anyway, the owner is like a really, really smart (as an engineer) Michael Scott. I am very glad to be sitting at home right now. Edit: Holy shit. I looked up the bio for the fictional character Michael Scott. If you put the other man's name in there nobody would know the difference. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Scott_(The_Office)#Character_information
Sequels are rarely better. Most people will agree James Cameron accomplished the feat twice. I however think T1 is the better action film. It is the BEST action film, ever. The film every other action film rips off. Cameron invented the model in 1984.
