I have no idea what team I was watching last night but it sure as fuck wasn't mine. They looked like they did the first 3 games of the season. They don't exactly have an easy end of the season either. And, where in the fuck is Crosby, AGAIN.
The Niners D bailed out Kaepernick Sunday. Moss made a veteran move to save a second pick like you pointed out. Two pick sixes sealed the deal. Kaep has an arm for sure but let's not get ahead of ourselves. Smith has done everything the Niners have asked of him and performed better than all expectations. I'm not saying Kaep can't win games because he clearly has. I'm just saying that Smith got us where we are right now and we should stick with the guy who has proven himself so far.
Jerry Jones loves him. Jerry Jones stupidly believes the Cowboys are thisclose to a Super Bowl run. He'll re-sign him.
Last I checked, the petition for Obama to remove Jones as owner of the Cowboys had just over 1000 signatures.
Fuck, let him stay as owner. As a business, he's generated massive amounts of revenue and got them a fancy ass new stadium. Just don't let him be GM anymore. There are only 2 owner-GMs in the league, the other is stingy fuckface Mike Brown. Both need to give it up.
What makes you think giving another person an office that says "general manager" on the outside of it will actually change anything about how the Cowboys are run?
Except the Jets are not a decent team who just needs a QB. That would be Minnesota or Buffalo or Tennessee or any other below average team with a decent defense and good offensive weapons. The Jets have neither. They are heavily flawed, with their aging defense being their only strength, and bringing in Smith would barely help. The Jets need a top-to-bottom rebuild if they hope to be relevant within the next decade. And, so, I agree about going with a rookie prospect over Alex Smith. Bring in a rookie and rebuild around him, like in Indy/Washington. This option is cheaper and has a bigger upside, if they can stomach a couple rebuilding years.
Thats true. Jets have far more holes than expected before the season started. They need to flush the entire toilet there. In other news, Suh fined $30k or $15k/nut for his kick on Schaub on Thanksgiving. Seems low.
Like any amount will have any detering effect on his dirty hits? I don't think so. The sad thing is I know he's good without all the bullshit. His BS just takes away from that.
Suh time and time again proves he's a lying, dirty fuckstick. Time and time again he throws late, filthy cheap shots and time and time agains it's 'Whatever, his fault not mine. I'm just playing the game here." The league would be better if he just wasn't in it. Fuck his talent, he doesn't deserve it. I wouldn't doubt if he's criminally insane.
He's from a predominantly white area of Portland, Oregon and went to school in Nebraska. Nothing racist to see here, folks, not at all. The thing is, that play is only a big deal because it's Suh, and the target was a QB so the camera was on him. Any other player, and odds are no one even notices the play. If we were to do this for every player in the NFL with similar infractions, we'd be fining at least 8 or 10 players every single game. What do you think goes on inside those fumble piles? Or in the trenches on line play? If you think their aren't players like Suh on whatever team you cheer for, you're fooling yourself. Shit, we got one: Vince Wilfork. Among former players, there's Brandon Merriweather, and two time dirtiest-player Rodney Harrison. And those are just the ones that are high-profile enough to notice.
Question, where does the $$ go that is paid for the fines? Does it go to the league? And where ever it does go, what is done with it?
So, he really could be funding his own required care if say, someone should do something to him like he's done to others. Yep. Thanks MCB.
You are mostly right, but just because you sport a shit-eating grin it doesn't compensate for the fact that you're eating shit. He's still a pile of fuck. He does this shit time and time again, we all see it, and he says he didn't do anything. Rinse, wash, repeat.
This comes only from high school d-line experience, but there is literally not a play that goes by in the trenches where someone is not holding, facemasking, nut checking, punching, or knee capping you. In return you try to throat chop, eye gouge, trip, liver punch them. Is Suh flagrantly dirty? Fuck yes. Is he dirtier than any other guy on either side of the line? No so much. He's just dumb enough to fucking show case it.
It must be hard being a lawyer with such poor reading comprehension. I'm saying the same thing as the post above this: that in every fumble pile, people are intentionally kicking, punching, taking nut shots, and poking out eyes. That shit is the norm.
Schaub had a cup on. Why are we still talking about this? If he didn't have a cup on, that's his fault, he's supposed to. Shit happens. If you want to not get hit in the nuts, take up diving bitches.
