Good thing they're playing in Foxboro and are something like 21-0 in December since 2007 or some nonsense, then. That probably helps.

Ps - posting from your phone is worse than I remember.

Or just ask the fact that Bill Belichick had a losing record before Brady. Your point = wrong. Matt Cassell has had terrible coordinators, terrible coaches, and injuries. Alex Smith is a prime example of it being a combination of coach and player. Look at Drew Brees falling off a bit without Sean Payton. Is he bad and Sean Payton good? Would Sean Payton be as good without Drew Brees? Its a combination people. Brady isn't as good because of Bill's system and Bill isn't good because of Brady.

    Deal with it.

There is absolutely no possibility that Brady came in on the cusp of a finally realized effort to fix one of the historically worst teams the NFL had ever seen?

Absolutely. You're right. Throwing to David Patten, Troy Brown, and having Antowain Smith run the ball was clearly the final product of top notch management. Mind you the defense was good, not great. When you have Otis Smith starting, along with one of their best players, Seymour, playing at DT, it translated into a bend but don't break system.

    Get out.

I am not saying the Niners are a lock to win, but the niners can certainly go into Foxboro and beat the Patriots. Brady cannot complete passes when his ass is on the ground and the niners can certainly pass rush. The run defense while not as good as last year is good enough to stop the Patriots run game. The Forty Niner offense is good enough to eat up the clock and score enough to win. If the Niners get 28 points and 21 first downs, they win.

You shut your dirty whore mouth. Brady won 3 Super Bowls with no-names, washed-ups, and has-beens. Your internet opinions are bad and you should feel bad.

    Um...uh...yeah...but...still...uh...FUCK YOU.

No but seriously, the Patriots are going to do exactly what they did to the Texans. Run 2 receiver, 1 TE (who will probably pass protect then release if he can) 1 RB sets, giving 6 men to block and having everyone else beat man to man coverage.

Matt Cassel was a Pro Bowl quarterback with the Chiefs, and he took a 16-0 team (the NFL's all-time best offense!) to an 11-5 record, missing the playoffs. The "Cassel argument" against Brady is the dumbest argument in the NFL.

The Giants' formula for beating New England is pressuring Brady and controlling the clock. San Francisco can do this. Then again, I expected Denver and Houston to be able to do it.

Adrian Peterson is a beast. There's really not much else to say about him. Accelerated comeback from ACL surgery and will probably break 2000 yards this year, with an outside shot at the all-time record. Has there ever been another time where the top two players for comeback player of the year are also the top two for MVP? (Or at least majorly in the running for both)

These refs have just been murdering Alshon Jeffrey, my god. Don't get me wrong, the Bears offense is pathetic, but the fact that the Bears were still in the game was amazing and to have that sort of end to it is frustrating and annoying.

Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out Lovie, bring Tice's dumb fucking meathead with you.

He's got a realistic shot at it. He needs 147 yds/game in the last two games to beat Dickerson, and he's had 6 straight 150+ yard games. Now, maybe he's due for a shitty game, but our last two are against Houston and Green Bay, both of whom locked up their divisions today.

What's gonna really piss me off is if AP gets the single season record, and we still don't make the playoffs.

    Right.

In other news, I hear Joe Flacco is an elite QB.

I wasn't trying to troll you. I was trying to get Parker pissed off so he would write some hateful bile.

Do I like Tom Brady? Fuck no! I think he is a whiney assed cry baby bitch who embodies pussified QB who are perfectly happy to be treated like princesses in what is supposed to be a contact sport. But his numbers speak volumes. I acknowledge he is the opposite of sucky as a quarterback though.

.....and here we are today. I'll be damned.

THEY ARE WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE!

What shocks me even more was how accurate I was with the reaction, as well as the Bears needing to win their next two games to make the playoffs. Chicago sports radio is downright comical at this point.

    Th... that's what trolling is.

Even more impressive considering the Cardinals are fucking terrible now, so the Bears will probably win next week.

Seahawks are the first team since 1950 to drop 50 in consecutive games. See you next week at Centurylink, San Francisco.

...against who? The Cardinals and the Bills? That isn't exactly a monumental feat. The Cards are arguably the worst team in the NFL this year (at least in the bottom 3) and I'd venture to to say that Buffalo ranks easily in the bottom 10 of the league.

Next week they're facing a much tougher test, and I guarantee they won't put up 50.
