Moving on... Sylvester Stallone - Steroid induced murder/suicide. Roger Goodell - Shanked by a drunk in 'Nawlins. Abe Vigoda - Just like a delusional Cubs fan... THIS YEAR'S THE YEAR!!!
Charlie Sheen: He survives all those drugs, only to have an allergic reaction to something innocuous like a PBJ. Bernard Pollard: I'm really only trying to jinx him.
Katt pushed Barbara causing her fall, then she killed him for being black. Barbara is on borrowed time now as his ghost seeks revenge.

Anybody have Ed Koch? "He was finished with public office, but he would never be through with the city. At age 83, Koch paid $20,000 for a burial plot at Trinity Church Cemetery, at the time the only graveyard in Manhattan that still had space. "I don't want to leave Manhattan, even when I'm gone," Koch told The Associated Press. "This is my home. The thought of having to go to New Jersey was so distressing to me." (Emphasis mine)
Anybody have Jerry Buss? Anybody have an eye on Dwight Howard when this all went down? I know he doesn't want to be traded, but this seems a little drastic...
Bonnie Franklin dead at 69. Pancreatic cancer. Such a terrible illness, but I guess you have to take these things one day at a time.

Did Vincent Gallo cursing him with colon cancer finally pay off? Truthfully, if you've ever read his reviews he's probably the smartest and most movie-savvy movie critic ever, whether you agree with him or not. I actually used to enjoy reading his film reviews (but never liked their show) because he truly wrote like a professional writer. Sad, at least I think it is. Now we're stuck with Peter Travers.
I agree, but I dot think movie savvy is quite right. There are critics who mastirbate over minutia (this is a great film because of that one scene that was a Bergmann h and there are critics who inappropriately assume the lowest common denominator ("omg transformers 3 had so many explosions!!1!1!"). What Ebert did perfectly was navigate the middle ground: film-school literate but never unaware that films were meant to entertain.
