Montel sure didn't see it with his glaucoma. Sylvia Browne was a grifter, and a bad one at that. She's been called out multiple times and I hope someone fleeces her family.
I don't exactly think Walker is who keeps the series afloat. Just have Eric Christian Olsen replace him.
I actually enjoyed Paul Walker as an actor. As a dude, biologically-speaking we don't remember many things. Especially those things which do not involve boobs or female ass. But I actually remember Paul Walker. He was good for the roles he was in. That being said, the way he died; there's absolutely no way in hell the "too soon" barrier won't be broken with jokes about his death. #2Fast2Furious8... Starring Channing Tatum ... They're all replaceable. Except for me. I'm a shining star. That's what my mommy tells me.
I'm usually the first person with the "too soon" jokes after a celebrity dies, but I just can't with Nelson Mandela.
Pretty much. I can't think of a more admirable leader from my lifetime. Talk about an uncrushable spirit.
Let his life also be a lesson to other countries that politicians should not hold sway on who goes to prison... Especially when it's in regards to covering one's own ass. Right, Ukraine?
Some perspective on Mandela <a class="postlink" href="http://thebackbencher.co.uk/3-things-you-didnt-want-to-know-about-nelson-mandela/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://thebackbencher.co.uk/3-things-yo ... n-mandela/</a>
Truth and I'm old enough to know. We have all done things we are not proud of. Having never been a civil rights leader/prisoner, politician and world leader, I haven't been faced with making the kind of unsavoury choices he did. Even after these less than stellar decisions, that perhaps were done with long-term vision (I don't know, I wasn't there), he still comes up as a remarkable human being. I can't think of a public figure that matched him. Well, maybe Nom.
Peter O'Toole <a class="postlink" href="http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2524166/Film-legend-Peter-OToole-dies-age-81.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/ar ... ge-81.html</a>
Although he thankfully was guven an honourary, he Never actually won an Oscar for a performance. Look what this man has done: his fucking DEBUT was Lawrence of Arabia. Not to mention Venus, My Favourite Year, Beckett, and the coolest performance ever- The Stunt Man. He was a treasure to acting. Effortless panache and charisma, funny in every interview, and could handle his booze like a champion.
