Re: Re: 2013 MLB Season Tigers played well, I root for them cause I am from Michigan but I would like to see Oakland win one
I've got a soft spot for the A's, my coach-pitch team as a kid was named the A's, and Zito was a boss. Also, dem jerseys. Grantland claims the A's might be moved, I hope it doesn't happen. http://www.grantland.com/story/_/id/975 ... onal-teams
First pitch in half an hour. Fister was raised about 20 miles from me, so I have always wanted him to do well. The A's have always been my team so this time I am rooting for the laundry. Go Athletics.

Wow, so far my playoff predictions have been correct, to the game. Since I realize if I don't have proof I'm full of shit, here you go... For the record(as I said when I sent this), I don't see anyone in the AL beating the Red Sox. The Dodgers, maybe the Cardinals in the NL, but that's it.
Hmm...let's try to keep this up.... Red Sox in 6. Dodgers in 6. I'm more confident about the Red Sox pick for some reason.
I'm super worried about facing the Tigers. Our hitting hasn't looked quite as stellar outside of Fenway... Thank God for home field advantage.
Alrighty, 5-out-of-6 so far this postseason(somehow).....I say Cardinals in 6. I think they have the slight edge starting pitching-wise (especially if the "physical issue" with Buchholz become more serious). I also give the edge to the Cardinals as far as the DH factor is concerned (Craig as DH, while the Sox have to put up with the atrocious defense of Ortiz is St. Louis).
Poor ump. No winning on that call. Either it stands and is wrong, or they overturn it and the Cards argue nobody else had a better look. Regardless, I like the outcome!
