What? I didn't say anything about CharlesJohnson. Josh Freeman to start for the Vikings! I can't wait to see this game. I want Josh Freeman to be good, but man, after seeing that post Bucs interview, he doesn't have that alpha dog eye of the tiger shit you want to see in a QB. He didn't seem angry, he simply seemed butthurt.
This game is going to be a disaster. In the five games Eli's played against the Vikings he's thrown 11 picks. The Vikings are a mess and now they've got a QB who's been on the team for two weeks starting, who was playing like shit before he got cut by his previous team. I'm putting the O/U on interceptions thrown at 4.5.
Serious question, I'm curious, are you finding you're in the minority with that line of thinking or the opposite?
Pretty sure no one around the league hates the Texans. EXCEPT for Texans fans. I've never ever at any bar have heard "Man, I hate those goddamn Texans." Patriots, Packers, 49ers, Jets, Giants, Seahawks, Cowboys x100, but never the Texans.
The preceding post is proof positive that the most popular person on a team when it's losing is a back up. Never mind the fact that there's a reason why, in this case, Keenum was undrafted and a 3rd stringer in the first place. I have no doubt you'll bring up Arian Foster, but I would preemptively argue that it is a lot easier to plug in a no-name at RB and succeed, whereas you plug in a QB, you normally burn. On that note, good luck, Minnesota!
istealcheese, the Browns are fucking pissed that you terrible Texans fans are stealing their thunder. Cleveland Browns List Weeden's Job on Craigslist And everyone needs to listen to this. Tom Brady was mic'd up. That's what leadership sounds like.
This is hilarious, Brady sounds like he's coaching youth soccer or something. I wonder if he's physically incapable of feeling the gravity of the situation.
Apparently it's not allowed to push your own guy into the pile during a field goal attempt. Since when? Since this year, apparently. Really, really frustrating.
Be the Ref! Spoiler One of these things is a 15-yd penalty and automatic first down. See if you can spot which one...
That looks nothing like me, that kid has way nicer hair. Way to dodge the point though. Why did they make this rule again? And how do you call it on that play for the first time this season?
Everyone that has seen their team burned by the tuck rule has this message for whining Pats fans: Fuck off.
Ive seen it called in college a few times. It's one of those weird rules that makes sense in theory but always seems like BS in practice.
Spoiler The NFL actually changed the wording of the rule after the call was made. Do I get to complain now, your Holiness? Don't let your hate-boner cloud your vision here.
If the call had gone against the Jets in helping the Pats win people would be losing their ever loving minds. But because it happened to the Pats it's all "HERP DERP PATS ARE WHINY HERP DERP TUCK RULE". Seriously?
Yes, seriously. The refs have treated Brady and the Pats like the pampered youngest daughter for so long that you can't be surprised people are resentful. Hell, they treat Brady like a red-shirt in practice most of the time.
