It's the same risk-averse mentality that causes teams to skip going for it on 4th down, or going for 2 points, or any of a number of other calls they should be making... they're terrified of looking bad.

They all believe it looks less bad to make a mistake while following "traditional" practices than it is to make a mistake trying something different... a theory that is probably valid given the level of idiocy from your average sports writer or talking head. If Rogers goes down injured in the 3rd quarter up 35 points, well, that's what happens in a football game sometimes. If they send out Matt Flynn, the Vikings mount a comeback, and sending the first team back out doesn't stop it? The coaching staff is made up of incompetent morons and they should all be fired.

Nelson had a single catch for 66 yards. Rogers only threw for 156 yards total and 30 of those went to running backs. Why stretch the field when your defense is getting the points and your only job is to grind the rest of the football game off the clock?

You have the #2 WR on a team, and he's still averaging more than a TD per game. So quitcherbitchin'.

Well on the flipside, I bet GB fans are excited to see Eddie Lacy get a taste of what its like to contribute. The buzz about him not being so good was getting sad.

Paging all available kickers to the white courtesy phone, Detroit is on the line...again.

Pretty entertaining football today but some of the mistakes are unbelievable.

It's no good, he'll end up smoking weed and getting busted like half of their team. Then again, he'll have super concentration until he fails that test. 50/50 shot of being worth it.

Yeah its ridiculous hype. Frustration over two losses turns into Tom Brady leaving the Pats in a tiff. Maybe he's just upset that everyone has now seen Gisiele's butt hole?

Whatever, great win over the Bengals.

I love seeing Marquise Goodwin run a post route (ref: yesterday's 40+ yard reception).

The dude just burns people. I hope he can become a better route runner because he's got jets.

A few GIFs I stumbled on:

They really need to get him more involved in the offense IMO. Try some jet sweeps or the other plays that teams are using to get guys like Harvin or Hester involved.

Bar Refaeli and Gisiele Bundchon (Brady) are two different women. How could you possibly get them confused?

That's right. Brady married the one that looks like a bad tranny. Duh. Although it wouldn't surprise me if Gisele was also into butt stuff. You know, because of the penis and all.

Having the over 42 and having it likely not hit because Triplett is an incompetent jackass who keeps taking TDs off the board. That personal foul call on the 3rd Harvin TD was one of the stupidest calls Ive ever seen.
