I'm not talking about Kap running at all. I'm talking about them not giving the ball to Frank Gore.

Hell I wouldn't be surprised to see Harbaugh back in college whether the Niners improve or not.

True, but the 49ers woes are eerily similar to the Panthers and Redskins.

No way. There are way too many teams that want/need a coach, and Harbaugh has demonstrated enough ability in turning the 49ers around, that he'll get an NFL job without much issue (side note: anyone remember what a tire-fire of a franchise the 49ers were for a few years before Harbaugh got there?). The question is whether it is someplace he wants to coach. Off the top of my head, the following teams potentially have vacancies at the end of the season:

    Jets
    Giants
    Falcons
    Panthers
    Bears
    Raiders
    Titans
    Redskins

I'd bet at least 6 of the above coaches are gone on "Black Monday" when the firings begin, if not more. The 49ers may either cut ties or trade Harbaugh, but either way I suspect he'll be back in the NFL, and the demand for his services will be very high.

It begins and ends with the line, which has greatly regressed this season due to injuries. Of course injuries to Davis and Crabtree not being 100% don't help.

Scam Newton fractured his back in two spots earlier today here in Charlotte. His truck rolled at least once according to the local news.

It's worth noting that Kaepernick and Newton are both freaks of nature with pretty much perfect scores for all of the physical tools a quarterback has. Wilson is leaps and bounds ahead of them in terms of skill at the QB position because he never had the athleticism they did in college. Athletically, Russell Wilson is probably most similar to Aaron Rodgers or Jay Cutler, except smaller.

lulwut? How much have you actually seen him play? Wilson is just as athletic as Kaepernick or Newton. The only difference is that he's 6 inches shorter and 20 pounds lighter. I know I'm being a homer, but even objectively speaking, there's no throw he can't make and no front seven defensive player he can't outrun.

I'd disagree that he has the cannon that Cutler or Rodgers has, but you're overall point is sound, he's not noodle arming shit like Alex Smith. I think he's dissimilar to Kap or Newton cause he's fine in the pocket, he just moves out of it more due to size and vision issues. Kap and Newton have the happiest of feet.

I'm not saying he has the same arm as a Cutler or Rodgers, but Wilson can and will make any NFL throw

This Green Bay/Buffalo game is a comedy of offensive incompetence. So many overthrown balls, missed routes, dropped balls, ints, near ints, penalties, missed blocks... yikes.

Holy shit that was terrible. I can't remember GB's offense ever looking so bad. Forget about the fact they just lost the #1 seed for the playoffs. If they keep that up they're not even going to get in.

If Seattle, Green Bay and Dallas all win out, Seattle gets home field throughout the playoffs. Go Hawks!
