The packers are wasting Rodgers’ best years with poor coaching and worse management. It would be sad, but you know, packers.
I actually agree with that. Between the play calling, coaching (kinda the same thing), upper management and MASON CROSBY. Seriously dude, what in the fuck is going on with you?
Mike McCarthy should be fired after that game. Just saying. You know it's bad when my wife, who doesn't watch football and barely understands it, looks up at the TV and says "wait they're going to review that right?"
Can't really argue with that. As much as I don't like Rodgers, and as much as I don't like the packers, just as a fan of the sport it is sad to see such a great talent go to waste. If Rodgers had a coach who was even halfway competent, if he had management that even remotely cared about the team instead of the bottom line, he should have won 3-5 Super Bowls by now. He should have, and could have, lead a dynasty. Instead of being the literal poster boy for how to waste good fortune. It's sad to see him wasted like this. I mean it's impressive that he's this loyal to the team, but he's being wasted. And it's pathetic, and it pisses me off.
Could you imagine what Rodgers would be like if he had belichek as a coach? How many rings would he have?
Turns out famously horrible teammate Aaron Rodgers is also a horrible son I get that it's insanely great he's donating all that money to relief efforts. But the optics of this are not pretty for him.
Who the fuck are you to know that he's a horrible son? Because, your close personal friend, Jordan tweeted something? What about the fact that Aaron's parents and family treated him like shit while he was dating Olivia Munn, and maybe they're horrible parents? Was Jordan tweeting about that? Maybe he checked on them a different way, but doesn't want to call them directly, because he's pissed at them for being shitty? I don't know Aaron Rodgers either, but why is what his brother says any more credible than actions he did or didn't do?
Who hurt you? .... In all seriousness, the story around Rodgers since he basically entered the league has been that he's been a pretty shitty person to his teammates and coaches, and at the very least a jerk to his family. It's like Barry Bonds. Yeah, he was a great player, but his off the field "issues" (to put it lightly) are an inseparable part of the discussion regarding his legacy. Not like OJ-level evil here, but it is possible to be both great on the field and a complete asshole off it. Jordan was another. People like Drew Brees or Philip Rivers or David Robinson (and potentially, JJ Watt) are the opposite, where when discussing how great they are in a historical perspective you have to take in how great of people they were as well.
That Chiefs/Rams game was a snoozefest dude. No action. I mean fuck.... talk about getting your money’s worth. It was like a 2002 Madden game.
Welp. That about wraps up my season. What a fucking waste. They'd better make some major changes next season because if they don't all of these young teams are going to run right over them....again. People say, "What about a wildcard?" Do you know what mountains would have to be moved in order for that to happen? Big ones. I'm not buying it.
As much as I don't like GB fans generally, I truly feel bad for y'all right now. They are literally wasting Rodgers. With the way the rules are, you can scheme a mediocre QB to get 400 yards a game. If that coaching staff had one inkling of talent, GB would be one of the top teams in the league. And if the front office had one inkling of common sense, they'd get rid of that entire coaching staff,
97 yard run my ass. He was handed the ball at least one yard back in the end zone. That was at least a 100 yard run, I don’t give a fuck where the line of scrimmage was. Yet another example of what bullshit NFL stats are.
