That's too bad. His book: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrying_the_Fire is a super interesting read.
Johnny Crawford passed away yesterday. Most of you were probably not even born when he was in his heyday. He played the son on "The Rifleman" but had many other credits in the 1950s through the end of the 1970s. As an aside, a good friend of mine who has and rides horses almost daily said that Johnny Crawford was a very good rider as opposed to most actors who were lucky to be able to stay on a horse. https://variety.com/2021/tv/global/johnny-crawford-dead-dies-the-rifleman-1234963779/

Tawny Kitaen at 59. Teenage GTE is crushed. There was nothing hotter than her splayed out on the hood of a car
Half of my sex education came from Night Court, the other half from the Still of the Night video. RIP Tawny.
The day Barack Obama was inaugurated, I brought my terrier puppy Finli home. We walked through the door just as he and Michelle were walking from the ceremony down the road and he had promised his girls they were getting a puppy. RIP, Bo. It’s been a tough year for good old dogs.
She had a bad falling out in her later years. Sad. I think the last time I heard about her is when she was arrested for assaulting Chuck Finley.
It’s so strange to me that he was that old. I remember watching Beethoven as a kid and thinking he was my dad’s age or something, but he was actually almost 60 at that point. Then all of a sudden he’s almost 90.
He kept his age well for a “normal-looking guy”. The Heartbreak Kid (the original) made him a star, it came out around the same time as The Godfather. And he was pushing middle age then. He’s also excellent in “The Lonely Guy” with Steve Martin.
