They were flawless every time, their personalities just ricocheted off each other in every scene as they ruined the day of anybody they came into contact with. They, along with Red & Kitty are the best fleshed-out sitcom parents ever.
Only Gilbert gottfried could give a distasteful joke worthy of the passing of Gilbert gottfried. Also this is the last time College Humor knocked one out of the park:
I loved his version of the Aristocrats. And his voicing of Iago. He hasn't voiced the Aflac duck in over 10 years.
I've always thought that the Problem Child movies are hilarious. He was great as Mr. Peabody. May he RIP.
He truly didn’t give a fuck down to the bone, like Rickles. One of the few comics not afraid to say anything, anywhere to anybody. R.I.P Johnny Title-Bound.
Myotonic Dystrophy type 2. Apparently it's a genetic disease. Always loved the guy. You either loved him or hated him, there was no in between.
Norm and Gilbert roasting Adam Egat in the filthiest way possible is some of the funniest stuff out there: https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6grpjo It starts about 15 minutes in and then goes completely off the rails.
Aww man. Jerry Doucette. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/rocker-jerry-doucette-dead-at-70-1.6157174 Big guitar rocker famous for Momma Let Him Play. Used to book him into the bar decades ago. Great show.
Robert Morse, broadway actor and Bert Cooper on “Mad Men.” https://deadline.com/2022/04/robert...to-succeed-in-business-was-90-1235007196/amp/
Just was watching some best of clips from that show and realized how much I missed it. Might rewatch it though boy that first season was slow.
Bert Cooper was an interesting character. He initially came off as aloof, but overtime was revealed to be 10 steps ahead of everyone else.
Not going to lie, the whole secret identity sub plot felt cheap in a show that had legitimately good drama throughout.
I mean, I could defend it by saying it was a part of Don's whole personality, of just moving on from everything unpleasant in his life, searching of happiness without putting in the work. But really, the line I quoted was the best payoff of that subplot.
