Hilarious. TikTok "superstar" was filming a dance on top of a truck on the highway, didn't see the bridge coming up, gets knocked off and dies. Moron.
I'm just laughing at the local TV citing fellow journalistic institution "Grizzy's Hood News" as their source.
God did this to write the eleventh commandment. Tell anybody who likes TikTok that they’re next if they don’t stop. “Superstar” indeed. He got his narcissistic wish come true by becoming the poster boy for natural selection.
I saw this last week, but never did see video of him actually getting smacked by the overpass. Is he a front runner for Darwin Award this year?
I feel bad for the driver. That's going to possible manifest a lot of feelings of guilt, on top of having to be part of an investigation in to someone's death. The video "challenges" are like crack for people who want viewership and clout, and the hits just have to keep on getting bigger and dumber.
New rule: semi-auto pistols only. Revolvers are for boomers. If it turns out that “video challenges” were invented by the CIA as a means of population control, then it’s their greatest success since crack-cocaine.
I won't pretend to know much about guns, but it still blows my mind that the Colt 1911 has been a standard issue firearm for the US Army for over a century. You can use the same weapon to shoot at a drone pilot that your great great grandfather used to shoot at a man on a horse.
My understanding is that the Beretta M9 supplanted it in the 1980s, and the M9 is itself being supplanted by the Sig M17, but due to its popularity the 1911 is still available and used to this day by those in the services who want it.
