    Matthew Perry, found dead at 54 in his hot tub. Said drowning and no drugs found at the scene. I wouldn’t hold my breath though — toxicology report should be interesting.

    Meh... he probably had an incredibly compromised cardiac system due to years of heavy drug abuse... it would be easy to believe that he stroked out while having a hot tub.

    But yeah, opioid addiction basically destroys your heart health permanently. Combine that with a modifier of being in a hot tub for an extended period of time and it can easily be lights-out.
