I didn't realize John Mayall had died. He, mostly through The Bluesbreakers, influenced a whole crap load of folks that put out a bunch of great music, and several of them played with the Bluesbreakers at some point. https://apnews.com/article/john-mayall-dead-3401a63d6aeb43f58ed48145ba82b7c3
Dude is 76. Hang it up. That being said, the harmonica work he did on Slash's latest album is fucking amazing... no vocal chords required.
The sheathing of the putter is something all us casual golfers have done more than once. Tell me you don’t feel cool doing it after the few times you drained a long one. RIP ChiChi.
Greg Kihn died on Tuesday. Probably known mostly around the San Francisco Bay Area. I saw him at quite a few clubs back in the day. https://variety.com/2024/music/obit...dead-jeopardy-breakup-song-singer-1236107843/
The absolute most reckless jackass driver maneuver imaginable. SUV pulled to the middle of the roadway to give Gaudreau and his brother room, as they were biking on the shoulder. Jeep behind the SUV takes it as a personal affront, thinking the SUV is trying to block him from passing on the left, and tries to pass on the right, and plows directly into the back of the brothers, killing both the day before their sister's wedding. I hope they bury that fucker under the jail.
