    I did do all that though. On my old phone and on their website. Still took days. I've had apple stuff for years. But getting out of their bubble is like leaving a gang.

    On occasion I get duplicate texts from Apple phones, sometimes hours apart. Could be worse but is annoying. I don't think I'll switch from Droid, just out of spite for the Apple fanboys.

    Could've been from overall straps.

    Thanks again Nett. It was a long ride of stress, anxiety and tears but it actually happened. I will be drunk...for a while.

    If you're thinking about buying a house DO NOT GO TO A BANK, ANY BANK. Hire yourself a Mortgage Broker. Mine closed on mine just 3 weeks after our first meeting. BofA took 43 days to tell me no. Fuck them. And another thing, getting "Pre-Approved" doesn't mean shit.

    Congrats shegirl.

    That is super interesting to me, as everything we did with Chase went super, super smooth. I don't think it could have been any easier. Of course, the whole process for us was stupidly easy - we found our house on the first day we went looking with a Realtor, put in an offer that night, and had it accepted. The banking was easy, the realtor was easy, the house hunting was easy. It is kind of bizarre to think about 4.5 years later.

    @voltronman Exactly. Where I live right now is a pretty wealthy area. I'm not Ballsack wealthy as we all know but the area is loaded. My new house is small and very modest, therefor not the 800k deals the bank is used to dealing with. I was put at the end of the que.

    And one more thing, if at any point in the meeting process with your Loan Officer you don't get a good vibe, dump them. I never really connected with the guy. I should have trusted my gut and made the move way before they eventually made it for me. Fuckers.

    That is how she did it. By keeping a minimum needed in checking and investing to earn enough to help buy a house. Of course that is just my guess. Maybe she is more successful escorting than insuring. Regardless, congrats Shegirl.

    I found a cheap way to plump my lips: mouthwash that I'm allergic to! For the low price of $6.99 my lips have never been fuller or more luscious! My mouth is constantly on fire, and I feel like a moron....but it's a lot cheaper than injections. Go for it, ladies!

    Today was a good day... awesome weather, and a bit of free time.

    Making a new desk for work, and went from pile of lumber from Home Depot to new table top in under 3 hours.

    Should be done tomorrow night.

    So as it turns out there is a tattoo place in town which labels itself as an "independant" tattoo parlour on its sign.

    I bet they're friends with my neighbours who decided to write out "eightteen" instead of "18" on the front of their house.
