   Which means that they will probably have to hire an investment bank or corporate law firm to raise funds and find a buyer. Odds are they'll be sold for a fraction on that $100 million asking price, be stripped of assets and reduced to a skeleton team to keep some level of operation going.

   I think that $100 million was an initial bid, but I can't go back and read that WSJ article again to verify.
