Yea, not the best meme, but the a decent one. I always pull those off google images because I'm internet illiterate and don't know how to make my own.
Tell me, what was it like back in the good old days when bread cost a nickel, pizza was "ethnic food" and you had to walk uphill to school both ways in the snow with old newspapers tied to your feet if you were lucky?
Do it VI! Do it! Solidarity my man. Edit: And I tried to hold back, but seriously, no one is going to comment on the misspelling? *You're, it's you're!!! I also debated going with "your turning 40 what?"
You want a piece of me old man? I'm usually against fighting with people that qualify for AARP but in this case I may make an exception. Really hope I don't get in trouble for abusing the elderly.
I actually came here for a reason and got caught up in the age wars going on. Anyway, a middle school in California had a sex talk or program or something, and this is one of the posters they showed. But the face wasn't blurred out. Middle school.
Am I getting this right and this guy has his red wings? Blech, they shouldn't teach that it's OK at any age.

I literally put a note on my front door (the back, so other people don't see it) - I totally need to do a Hitchhiker's Guide Birthday Pie (I don't like cake). Now, shall I do Coconut Cream, or Key Lime? I also miss Douglas Adams' writing, Hitchhiker's was fantastic, but I also loved Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency and Long Dark Teatime of the Soul.
Mrs. Noland left this morning to spend a week in New England for her 25th high school reunion from her rich white person boarding school. I get to be a single father of three until Sunday. This is going to be a really long week.
The cartoons were a lot fucking better, I assure you. Someone brought up "Jessie" earlier and that god awful show is on in this house all the time. Back when I was a young 'un Disney Channel played actual Disney cartoons. Not to drag the topic down getting all serious, I find there is a certain change in how I feel, at least mentally, that has slowly come over the past couple years. Maybe its finally getting over the insecurities of youth. Maybe its the onset of Alzheimer's. Who knows.
They have been downstairs for under an hour without their mother present and all three of them are currently eating breakfast shirtless. I may have underestimated the length of this week.
