is there still a writing critique section of this board? i've been so disgusted at my experience with real estate agents over the last 9 or so years that i wrote a piece called how the real estate agent got a bag of dicks, with apologies to rudyard kipling. i'm curious to see what people think.
there is a thread in the pop culture board somewhere, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of interest.
Mama likes the honka honka i was all, "hey, that's funny. everything i need to know is contained in the full url there. i don't even need to click on the link. if it's barstool, it'll be decent; and, tit-squeezing? what's not to love?" and, then i clicked on the link. why would they use a cross-eyed girl in the photo above the fold? #ruined i feel like tib was ahead of it's time, though. didn't we have a boobs for bucks fund raiser or something last year?
i think i've seen the tit-squeezing thing for breast cancer. there was also one awhile back - probably posted here - where a couple dudes were raising money by asking random women if they could motorboat them.
i enjoyed the last psychiatrist's take on this video. http://thelastpsychiatrist.com/2012/02/ ... daugh.html
I, like Rush, can also change a subject line. i guess it's easier than teaching 4th grade math... new fashion trend: the face-kini. fucking. terrifying.
because she has to learn how to defend herself? apparently it was set on full auto. i guess he thought squeezing out one round at a time was for kids.
so he lets her shoot one shot then decides she is fine to shoot it on auto. video stops before he is hit.
not to make fun of this man's tragic death and the trauma the poor girl likely suffered, but this is kind of darwin awardish. i can't imagine the thought process that made this seem like an ok idea.
it was a very fucking stupid decision of those people to put that gun in her hands, period, and ultimately the instructor paid for his mistake. a tragic event that could have been prevented by people using their goddamn heads.
holy shit. holy, holy shit. that's tragic. that 9 year old girl is going to be emotionally fucked from that for awhile.
i wouldn't be surprised if that was also the first time that girl had ever held or fired a weapon. that's like teaching someone to drive in a ferrari...they'll learn, but you better anticipate some major accidents. teaching kids about firearms at a young age is a good idea...with a single shot .22lr. not an automatic weapon. the real tragedy is that little girl having to live with this incident the rest of her life.
there are quite a few places in arizona and nevada that advertise that you can shoot fully automatic weapons and with very little training. i would imagine this will change a few rules at some ranges. people out here love them some guns though.
the sad thing is her parents really thought it through, they drove out to bfe so she could have that experience. this is the scottsdale gun club and here is a list of all the automatic weapons you can rent, this is in the middle of the city. http://www.scottsdalegunclub.com/on-the ... un-rentals
looks like canada's winning the internets today: map posted on twitter by the canadian delegation to nato
the best point he makes is that today's parents suck. yes, there is a reason that your kid is a spoiled little entitled shit, mouth-breathing while watching the vma's or whoring themselves off for shopping money: because as a parent, you suck. it's not tv or teachers or twitter or anything of the sort. you suck. and so does your kid.
