As a non parent this bothers me. Enough about her Daughter already. Joking or not I'm pretty sure her concerns about her kid going away to school are enough to make her head explode. Afterall, they say a large percentage of grandparents raise their grandbabies these days.
Re: Re: 8/23/13 WDT RRRRRNSFW Whoa man. Shit southern women call that a lifestyle, my wife has 2 cousins who are 28 and both have 14 year old girls. Who were both raised by the grandmother..... And both of those 14 year old girls don't listen to word one from mom, I want to smack the shit outta both of them when they mouth off.
Hey, that's what internet strangers are for, right? I mean, it's not like we're suggesting that when she's away in college next year, she'll log on to TiB and read her mom's posts or anything.
Re: Re: 8/23/13 WDT RRRRRNSFW Whoa man. I'm with the 14 year old girls on this one. If my parents dumped me off on my grandparents because they didn't feel like raising me I'd probably tell them to fuck off if they tried to assert their authority over me 14 years later.
Imagine the sinking feeling in your stomach when your 11 year old asks, "Hey, Dad, what's The Idiot Board?"
So maybe someone needs to use small words and speak very slowly, potentially throw in some pictures too, but how in the fuck was whatever that thing Miley Cyrus did the other night racist? I know there are a lot of racial undertones in lots of things that we do daily that have been so ingrained in us that most people don't realize. But I read articles about this thing and just don't get it. It was stupid, and a shitty performance in my opinion. But if i see another person link an article to Jezebel or one of those sites with a headline full of buzzwords that don't mean anything I might throw my computer out the window.
Its hard for me to say this without launching into a rant. All of the "she's being racist rage" is coming from white people. They are basing it off her twerking, having black girls twerk with her, wearing a "grill" and "bling". They are looking at those things saying she's appropriating "black culture." I find it more fucking racist that those indignant white people, being angry for the black folks, are considering those things part of "black culture." It's hip-hop hood culture, not black culture. It's like if she ate a piece of fried chicken and everyone was like "OMG she's being racist by appropriating black culture!" its more racist attributing that with black culture. Also people just want reasons to pile onto Miley because she started off country and is now loving the big city. Who fucking cares? She'll end up fucking a black guy eventually, and we all know if you have consensual sex with a black person you can't be racist.
Miley is too sexy to do any wrong in my eyes. She's right behind KStew in terms of chicks I would give anything to have sex on. They're swag is at an all time high.
That's because long hair is better on women than short hair and always has been, which is the exact opposite effect on men. Science.
I agree with you in principle, but there are certain short cuts that can be very attractive. That thing Miley has on the top of her head is a disaster.
