Some people have no tenacity. You guys will have to ban me at least a dozen times before I stop coming back with new accounts.

He wasnt just perma-banned, he was removed from the database (not shadow-banned). Meaning that there's no record of his account on the forum ever existing in the first place. Theoretically he probably could just create a brand new account if he wanted too I guess, but I doubt many people are having a candle light vigil for his return.

He's just such a sad fucking loser who contributed very little to anything around here. I tried going to bat for him a couple times when people were raking him over the coals and making fun of his failed marriage. But he left very little to redeem himself. And after all his self proclamations of being a better person and improving his outlook, he still remained quite the shithead.

Same, I tried to stick up for him a few times. What got me was when he started making fun of someone on here for not making enough money. The disturbing part about that was he seemed genuine and he was really going after them.

I believe what you are talking about is what got him sent home for good.

Based on how pissed Net was when he banned him, I wouldn't be surprised if he banned sack's whole subnet.

Yea it was a member I wont name so not to embarrass them, but it seemed a rather mean-spirited attack for absolutely no reason. Hes the archetype of someone who has to put others done to feel better about himself. He was so intensely self-loathing on here I cant imagine what he must be like in person.

    Exactly this.

My guess is that he's said "fuck you" and hasn't looked back.

I could respect that ballsack was unashamedly who he was. Unfortunately who he was was irritating and uninteresting.

And, NFL is one of the leagues that enjoys special exemptions, antitrust and what not, so they often work in completely different ways than "regular" business. A court ruling for MLB, NFL, and NBA all gave them privileges, and I imagine it could be overturned.

Ray Rice will be back in a uniform this season. His name is an asset, they're only keeping him so long as he's costing them money. As soon as public outrage subsides he'll slip back on the roster.

I dunno about this season. I think his stats were bad enough last year that he'll need an offseason. You have to love a league where that will be the primary concern over him nonchalantly punching his fiance.

I'm unconvinced that Rice will ever suit up for an NFL team ever again. See this chart:

Ray Rice is will be 28.5 years old at the start of next season and turn 29 by season's end, so he is no longer young, and he was absolute garbage in 2013. At his age/experience, his minimum salary is more than twice as much as a rookie. There's a good chance that his football value is less than the PR hit of keeping him on a roster. Is it worth taking that much heat for a mediocre old backup?

Disagree, MoreCowbell. One of the brightest fantasy minds of all time spent $30 on him, which means he is pretty much due to be awesome again.

I knew my use of the term eskimo would create a lively discussion, but to go all the way back to Ballsack?

How many words do the Eskimo have for scrotum?

Not a chance he plays this year, the Ravens terminated his contract and the NFL suspended him indefinitely he made both of them look bad by misrepresenting the incident and there is no way he is coming back for a few years.

So occasionally when I'm at the gym there's this guy there that says hello, "oh hey how have you been?" Then carries on a conversation with me for a little while like he knows me.

No idea who he is. There is nothing even remotely familiar about him. I keep hoping he says something that will trigger a memory, but nothing. It's driving me crazy.

I realize it was a study for her, but people that do that for real have too much time on their hands. And that doesn't even remotely mean I'm a 58 year old male from Idaho. Nope. Nothing to see here.

    Oh, hello me!

Do they have mirrors at your gym?
