    So a town an hour north of here, Goderich, has been practically destroyed by twin tornadoes. It's beautiful old courthouse in the contre of town is a brick pile, and cars and building roofs have been thrown around like frisbees. Horrible shit for this area, haven't seen anything like it in my lifetime.

    Also, kudos for one of the busiest fucking non-holiday drunk threads ever. It's actually been tough even getting in a word at times on here.

    When will I learn to stop mixing beer and liqour when drinking? My guess is never. It makes me one unhappy guy the next day...sheesh this hurts.

    Friday: Magic Tournament. (Fuck you guys, I am a giant nerd, and I made other nerds cry bitter nerd tears of nerdy ownage!) Followed by a very drunk night at the bar.
    Saturday: Very drunk night of drinking games with some good friends. Did that until we sobered up enough to head to the bar and pick up a friend of ours and head to the...
    Sunday: Casino. Didn't win, but didn't loose. Went back home and took a nap until the future step-daughter got dropped off by her father. Just got home from Red Lobster.


    All in all very fun very hectic weekend. But my liver hates me a little bit right now.

    Good god I hate PETA. I don't even know where to begin in trashing that completely terrible and totally ineffective idea. I just...do not...get it...

    I signed up for two tickets to be in the audience of Anderson Cooper's new talk show because I thought it would be a fun thing for me and my best pal to do because she loves him and we would giggle together about how cute he is, but she was unable to come down and my other friends who would be interested are either working or out of town. Now I can't decide if I should go on my own or not. I am pretty sure I'd be the only person under 35 in the audience, and I think the topic will be "Working Moms" so I think it would be pretty awkward to go by myself, but I just want to look at Anderson Cooper and see if he's that silvery fox-like in real life. Is that so wrong?

    Am I the only one who thinks that Anderson Cooper is stupid? Not stupid as in, "I'm insulting you," but stupid as in, "not very smart"? Years ago I watched several interviews and news clips featuring him, and all I could think is that he was exquisitely...behind the eight ball. Just so not clever or...well, smart. How he's so popular is beyond me.

    I actually...don't watch his show. I've just seen a couple of clips and know that I always appreciate the silver foxes. This is purely a superficial thing, so I couldn't argue that.

    Oh, and yeah guys, I'm aware that he's gay.

    Same here. He tries so very hard to be an intellectual, but falls short for some reason. He's not exactly the hard hitting journalist he wants to be either. When the Egypt rebellion happened, he sat in some random basement describing ad nauseum how he got pushed around a bit.

I have no idea what this woman's face actually looks like, but I could pick her ass out of a lineup in a dark room. She's the one that got harassed by The Jets for dat ass.

    YES. Thank you! That's exactly what bugs me about him. Nothing wrong with being a bit dumb, but pretentiously trying to appear smart is beyond annoying. No thanks.

    My journalist crush? Jeremy Scahill. No 'trying to be intellectual' there. And watch him in a debate, like when he's on the panel for Bill Maher. There is someone to get hot and bothered over.

    I suppose it does not bode well that I like smart guys who can argue anyone under the table.
