Are you counting him and the people who pretended to be him? And let’s not leave out all of the people who had to “2.0” themselves because they dared to disagree with whatever SillyLittleFreak said.
Turns out that "noose" in the black NASCAR drivers garage? Was a rope attached to the garage door to raise and lower it........ Retards will see racism in everything. Funny they didnt find a picture and blaring headline for that story on cnn. Edit: To get it out of the way "FAAAAAKE NOOOSE"
Yeah the black NASCAR driver is retarded for thinking that the garage he was stationed in having a noose for a garage door opener might have some racist connotation.
I wasn't saying it was done with racist intentions I was simply stating that it was far from retarded for the guy to jump to that conclusion contrary to kubla's comment.
yeah sounds like a big "whoopsies" on everyone's behalf. Black dude justifiably thought it was racist, because given the context it makes sense. NASCAR justifiably jumped to his defense because given the context, duh. And a year ago someone decided to fashion a rope as a garage door opener without even thinking about what said knot looked like, because given the context at the time, it didn't matter.
A garage noose really doesn't look like a racist symbol. Of all people, someone who has spent that much time in garages shouldn't be confused by one that easily. It was an honest mistake, but come dude, it's really not hard to see what a garage noose is there for. That this took an FBI investigation to solve is kind of hilarious.
You really going to run with that? You really think NASCAR and the FBI all ran and did an investigation of a loop on a garage pull, not one that was specifically done up like a real noose?
https://twitter.com/Josh_Moon/status/1275552313491546115 It is also sadly worth noting, again, that Bubba Wallace, like all drivers, never entered the garage area or saw the noose. He was informed of it by NASCAR, after the investigation was under way. Everything he said was genuine and with information from his sport's top officials. To a white person, no it doesn't. To a black guy being told that a noose had been found in his garage during race riots, it does. It can be both things.
It was a rope to pull down the door. We have one on each or our 3 loading dock doors in our warehouse. You can see the same rope in bay five. Yes people have worked themselves up into a state of racial retardation and are now seeing it in common objects.
Take a better picture dude. How am I going to accuse you of being racist if I can’t even see the damn noose. Er, rope.
I would get it if garage nooses were some super rare thing, but everyone has seen them hundreds, if not thousands of times. To go into a hysteria like that over it is pretty retarded.
Yeah, I hear you... but back then I wouldn't WANT a serious conversation with any of you fuckers. Things have changed, and I've found that I actually enjoy having serious discussions with a fair number of you... you actually have something interesting to say, and I enjoy that. Just because a few fucktards can't figure out how not to throw their shit at each other doesn't mean it wasn't worth it... they just don't make it easy. It's an easy mistake to make in this racially supercharged environment... and a hell of a way to get to the front of a pile of cars without qualifying first. Sure beats this classic racing video that immediately came to mind: So yeah, I can see and understand the immediate reaction and interpretation, I was really touched by the reaction of his fellow racers, and I was relieved that it was all a horrible misunderstanding. Let's hope people can see it for what it was (a terrible misunderstanding), get over it, and carry on without turning it into some major turning point event.
When you post a picture of the rope in question I will apologize. Until then I will again refer to the statement from NASCAR which describes it as a noose which was apparently only in that one garage not the other garages. Hmmmm could it possibly be that it was actually fashioned like a real noose?
Top left of the entrance. I'm not seeing something easily mistaken for a hate symbol, and am legit confused how you all think that is such an easy mistake to make. I guess I'm as white as it gets.
my favorite part is how over every hill where you get a view of the field, there's a depressingly large amount of cars
Is the term “garage noose” a common term? There are quite a few guys on this board that work with cars - why have I never heard the phrase “garage noose” before?
Never heard it... raced in NASCAR owned series, with NASCAR teams... for years... but then again I am a white Canadian dude.
