    Holy crap, thank you! When Crown posted what he thought the logo looked like, I stared at it for a few minutes, and I was all, "that kinda looks like a pole dancer." I ended up at discountstripper.com and amiclubwear.com. I would've never gotten to badkitty. You rock, Angel. I knew TiB would come through!

    Do any of you New York TiB folks have connections you'd be willing to use to hook me up with decent seats / affordable Hamilton tickets, June 2 or 3? If so, please shoot me a PM.

    I know how long it's been sold out, and I know how hard tickets are to get, and I know I can buy them from resellers on TicketMaster or StubHub for $800 - $1000 dollars. And, I am going to try the lottery each day. But, it never hurts to ask, right?

    Rent: $1,650/month
    Move in: July or August

    You should really check on getting a Realtor to manage it for you, weigh the costs associated with that against doing it yourself. They will save you so many headaches, work and probably some money too. They do it for a living and will find you better tenants.
