    I know...isn't this fun???

Have I become one of those people that thinks that everything was so much better "back in the day"?

The last few pages of this thread have just reminded me how much more awesome life was 15 years ago.

I am blasting this full volume at the moment. Neighbours be damned. I am singing along.

(With thanks to Gravitas for the reminder)

I went shopping today and actually enjoyed it. Someone hold me. I never thought I'd say that.

I need to buy a new swimsuit but have been avoiding it like the plague. I think I would rather chug battery acid. I was hoping to do this today but instead I am researching 90s songs.

Rule of thumb When having a yard sale: make sure you get extra change for 100s because there will be mexicans with nothing but a 100

Someone's gotta take siestas and wear the cool big hats.

Not Mexicans, but Cubans... re-watching Scarface for the millionth time, and while it's such an amazing movie, the 80's cheese that is it's soundtrack is funny as hell.

Makes me want to kick off a Miami Vice marathon this afternoon.

    All hail Jan Hammer.

Well, that was a good run for the women's team, but goddamn if we didn't melt down with the penalty kicks worse than Fukushima.

Man, Ernest Borgnine really always has been a million years old.

Ah, the 80s perm. Where would tv have been without it?

I'm off to Sauble Beach for a week for that greatest of Canadian traditions: falling drunk off a cottage deck.

So, is it retro day here? I'm your huckleberry.
