    As far as fruity beers go, It's hard to beat the Leinenkugel Shandy.

    And how is it I can ride 200 miles on a bike with no incident but then severely fuck up my shoulder playing golf less than a week later? I hate being fragile.

    Just don't bother with the rest of their fruity pisswater from Chippewa Falls. Leinie's makes some okay beers but the Berry Weiss and Sunset Wheat are awful. Sunset Wheat tastes exactly like Fruity Pebbles.

    Sunset Wheat used to be my go-to beer in college on weeks that I could afford something better than natty or PBR. Even then, I thought the Berry Weiss tasted like the blood of an 8 year-old in a diabetic coma. Their winter ale is pretty good though, as long as you can find it on draught.

    The pharmacy gods smiled upon me and there was no last-minute nightmare presentation before the long weekend. Which is good because I was the only pharmacist there. Had a nice chat with one of the PAs, and another discussion with one of the tech regarding his bowel movements. Not a bad afternoon.

    The neighbors two doors down had a really young german shepherd puppy. I wondered why I hadn't seen it recently. Another neighbor told me that they decided the poor thing was just too much trouble. It pisses me off. It's not exactly a huge secret that having a super young puppy is like having an infant and that it'll have to potty every hour or two. Ugh. I really hope they returned it to the breeder or found it an appropriate home.

    So I went into work today on my day off to catch up on a bunch of shit. I immediately regretted the decision because I didn't get much shit done - I basically spent four hours fixing problems for people all over my department.

    But now I have a tasty burrito. And on my way home from picking up said tasty burrito, I heard a trivia question on the radio. I thought to myself, "Hey, I know the answer. Fuck it, I'll call."

    I had the correct answer, and didn't even know what I was going to win.

    Turns out I'm gonna get to see the B-52's in August.

    I'll drink to that, I guess.
