    That’s probably actually it.

In general, we’re done with Beto and Stacey Abrams forever, right?

And which seat did the Dems flip exactly? All the trackers are a jumbled mess.

I give the Black voters of GA more credit than that. They know that demographically, it is Atlanta, and then The South. And they especially know Walker and his exact role in this election. I'd love to see how their vote was actually split between Walker and Warnock.

Abrams couldn't run for Senate; Ossoff doesn't come up until 2026 and she certainly wasn't going to try and usurp Warnock.

Robert Francis ran on banning guns in Texas. I guess viral stunts dont translate to political victories. Him and Abrams would be much better served for their parties as behind the scenes running fundraisers and voter registration drives. Im just as gobsmacked Pennsylvania elected an actual stroke victim.

Yeah, seriously. With all those fumes from the steel mills, Pennsylvanians probably have more in common with him than anyone realizes. But then again it’s either him or a snake oil salesman that should have lost his medical license years ago.

George Carlin was right. This is what our system produces, garbage in garbage out. The public sucks. Fuck hope.

Also, Im still right leaning and conservative as Ive always been. Im low key hoping Trump strokes out and stops being the albatross around the GOPs neck.

The old maps were so gerrymandered the voters added the anti-gerrymandering provision to their state constitution in 2018, and the Ohio Republicans response was "we still drew 10-5 maps in a state where the Senate vote was split 53/47."

I hate the new Ohio maps solely based on the fact that I'm now "represented" by the biggest shit-stain in Ohio; Gym Jordan. Guess I'll just do my best impression and ignore him like he ignored all those sexual assault victims years back.

Running on a gun ban in Texas must be like running for a politician in Atlantis, like "fuck the ocean! Aquaman sucks ass!"

Oh, I think you'd be amazed at how many of these folks have had strokes, just not as publicized as Fetterman's was. Christ, the senator from Iowa will be what 95, 96 when his turn is up? The motherfucker is the Strom Thurmond of corn, his health issues probably include shit like farting dust, cobwebs for ball hair and lamenting an inability to high five Methuselah.

A reporter subtly included the fact that he was born before the invention of the chocolate chip cookie in an article on his reelection.

There needs to be an upper age limit for public office. People holding power in their 80s and 90s is absurd.

Ask them about video games. They don't actually have to have played them, but if they refer to a Playstation as "a Nintendo" they're out.

Or if they make any singular noun unnecessarily plural.

    “Oh, you’re playing your Nintendos?”

Ohioan here. The old maps were heavily gerrymandered by the Republican party as well. We passed a constitutional amendment to try and limit the gerrymandering and the Republicans who controlled the mapping process basically ignored it. The maps were rejected by the Ohio Supreme Court (majority Republican) 5 or 6 times. They continually submitted maps that they knew weren't acceptable until the clock ran out. It's beyond frustrating, but Ohio has gone deep red so it is what it is.

Having lived in Charlestown, I'm happy to report that site of their execution is now occupied by a shitty community college and a Whole Foods.

hopefully this spells the end of a Dem running on an anti-gun platform in Texas. I still voted for Beto, and didn't have to hold my nose while doing it, but I was not shocked that voter turnout was low for him. Sure, he couldn't take your guns, but he SAID he would. That right there is enough for most voters imo.

I TOLD you people this was going to happen.
If the Dems had run ANYONE else, we may have had a shot.

Same thing in 2016; if the Dems had run ANYONE but Hillary, Trump wouldn't have happened.

But no, it was Beto's turn this time.

What really surprised and disappointed me was that criminal Ken Paxton winning with the margin he did.

On the plus side, that cum-dumpster Mayra Flores lost, as well as fellow cum-dumpster Lauren Boebert.
I seriously wish the worst for those two.
