None of that is incorrect. As far as what the states call their process, it’s basically just naming semantics. But a full constitutional convention would exist separately from that. I guess you wouldn’t really need it as you can functionally do the same thing with multiple Amendments through Article 5. Otherwise it’s basically repeating the first constitutional convention with slightly different requirements (requires unanimous consent of ratifying states rather than 3/4). If the southern states decided they wanted to try Confederacy 2.0, they could, in theory, bind themselves to a new Constitution together. In reality it would cause a constitutional crisis and the Federal Government would probably step in and forcibly stop it from happening. Again.

Probably the “white people don’t fight like this” part. Not that it’s sentiment they’d shy away from presenting on air but it seems they are quite the opposite behind the scenes on many things. It’s the only thing that stuck out as uggggh “problematic.”
Nothing. It went public, so it was damage control. If that’s the case of course, we’ve already heard multiple rumours/lies. Who fucking cares. Let me know if he gets stabbed or something else funny.
That belongs on R/thathappened. Anyone believe that paragraph was a text that a tv dinner heiress wrote? I have to believe if a group of "Trump guys" beat up an Antifa kid, he'd be too busy jerking off to it. Also, all of the "Trump Guys" I know couldn't really fight, because of the diabetus. This cunt simply needs to be ignored, until he kills himself.
He doesn't watch enough YouTube. It is indeed how some white boys fight. Being a buncha cowards that jump a single person has nothing to do with skin.
I thought they might be pissed about “I shouldn’t gloat over his suffering.” Might cost them some viewers.
I’m not sure why there are so many competing theories about his firing. He played a major role in costing his company $800M . What other reason did they need to fire him?
The thing that a lot of people are suspicious about is the fact that Carlson was actually kind of quiet about the the whole "election fraud" story, and was openly critical of the whole "Kraken" lawsuit. Of course, I don't know all the inside details, but regardless of the truth, I figure they just figured that they needed to re-brand a little.
I mean a lot of the host were pushing it but against it in private but didn’t get the ax. Hannity for one. The producers and top brass pushed it too but no house cleaning. The only differences I saw was Tucker was more openly, in private, critical of Trump and this text (which is a weak pretext to fire him). I think it was either something personal with management or he was too critical of their cash cow.
Between these texts and all the "White Replacement" garbage the board probably figured "oh shit, we got Junior Goebbels here". On TV he could've just been performing a character, the texts show he really meant it.
I mean, I was just making a joke that he showed a very small amount of compassion for someone with a differing political ideology, implying that that was the reason he got fired.
I’m curious their reasoning as to why they thought a rape didn’t take place but a battering did? In a he said she said with no physical evidence (that made it in front jurors) and a lower standard of truth you really just believe the allegations or you don’t right? Was there horse trading? “We don’t think he actually penetrated her vagina with his penis against her will but at least he touched her in some regard with sexual intent. 4 million sounds right.” Civil trials are weird.
My understanding is that E Jean Carroll testified she couldn't tell if it was his fingers or his princess toadstool. Under New York law it's gotta be procreative heterosexual rape the way God intended in order for it to count.

Tucker Carlson is going to host a new show on Twitter. I can’t imagine the atmosphere in their offices right now lmao.
