Except this same logic doesn't apply to the 1st Amendment. It is the 2nd amendment that is so deeply cherished.

There are literally many good reasons for this to happen. The EO doesn't undo the law, it orders agencies to look for areas of improvement that could be brought before Congress for an addendum. Dodd-Frank is terrible and is directly responsible for the slow economic recovery. It was passed on a false narrative about the housing crisis and did nothing that the proponents said it would do. All the punitive derivative rules did was prevent banks (and smaller organizations) from being able to hedge against risk.

Was Dodd-Frank one of the reasons why getting a mortgage was so much more cumbersome than it should have been?

Which one? That school also owns the record for worst ass-kicking in a bowl game.

The Yosemite Sam of football teams.

Maybe it's just my trick eye, but I could swear I just read the that your President is trying to twist a declaration from the judicial branch of your government. It's like a 24-7 SNL sketch only its real life. Late night shows no longer have a reason to spoof it because much like "COPS", the original is too funny to beat.

He really is THIS stupid. The lowest common denominator finally had enough in their tribe to elect one of the own to be the king of the world. A king who thinks he gets to veto the very people who determine and know the law better than anyone else. That judge was appointed in a 99-0 vote by the Republican Senate. And worst of all I'm not shocked by ANY of this. You wanted a moron and you picked the right guy.

I mean, did ANYBODY in his sewing circle facepalm when he tweeted this? He's going to have the Attorney General riding his ass like Zorro soon if somebody doesn't tug his coat.

Petulant and unprofessional but it's not literally hitler or anything. I am curious as to how his whole administration will handle him and the constant checks from the other branches once everyone is in place.

For all the activity yesterday. It sure seems quiet here tonight. Anyone drinking anything fun? I'm having some hopslam myself. Bells should make this shit year round.

Currently on twitter, Trump is trying to delegitimize a federal judge for going against his will. Good times.

I wish there was less at stake so I could be more amused by simultaneously watching a president learn how government works in real time and a spoiled child being told no for the first time.

I wish someone could turn on Schoolhouse Rock for Barron and just be all passive aggressive about it.

So apparently Trump doesn't read his own EOs. Or if he reads them, he doesn't fully understand them. That's a good sign.
