I feel like the likeliest "big domino" that could happen in Texas is Cruz losing his Senate seat. Of all the statewide Republicans, he's probably the most loathed, and Allred is the strongest statewide Democrat running this cycle.

Ultimately it comes down to a few questions, and how you balance the answers. How much effect does the VP have on voters choice for the top of the ticket? Is this effect more pronounced in a positive or negative direction (to put it another way, does a bad VP hurt you more than a good VP helps you)? Both Shapiro and Walz have positive net approvals in Pennsylvania, but Shapiro's is higher. Would this actually translate into more votes, or is it the case that as long as they're not a drag on the ticket, they play equally well? Does Shapiro's history and position on Israel hurt Harris in Michigan (with a high Muslim population, especially around Dearborn) more than it helps in Pennsylvania? How do their individual campaigning styles affect enthusiasm and turnout?
Let's not forget that Hillary was polling much higher than Trump in 2016. The only poll that matters is the election in November.
