It's hilarious. I think there's a picture of all the kids at the fire station wearing Trump shirts posing with Biden, too. I will say this, I don't think Biden's mental capacity is all there, but he was posing with a bunch of first responders at a 9/11 memorial service. They were mostly Trump supporters and I think he was simply being a good sport. So, good for him.

I mean you can watch the video of him interacting with the Trump supporter before putting on the hat. He acknowledges its a Trump hat and that he's "trading" hats to get the guy to wear a hat with the Presidential seal that he just signed.
