Not so fast, chief. True, there won't be another "Trump," but the GQP will still be around. Remember, the party was really liking Ron DeSantis, right up until Trump announced that he was coming back. And about that whole "immigrants are only taking jobs nobody wants!" line: @Revengeofthenerds, tell me you work a White-collar job North of the Border Patrol checkpoint without saying you work there.
Record early voter turnout in San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston yesterday. As in, the counties in which all three cities reside each set individual records for their highest early voter turnout, ever. Today I waited in line just over two hours to fulfill my civic duty.
I live in a primitive state that doesn't have early voting and only absentee with an excuse. I'm over here just twiddling my thumbs until election day.
I wouldn't wait in line for two hours for a blowjob, I'm sure as shit not going to wait in line or two hours to drop off my ballot. Why not go at a later date?
It helps that our state voting process works smoothly and neither party really tries fucking with it.
What are you seeing? The last thing I remember was the Voting Reform Bill from a few years ago, but not much else since aside from minor changes from municipal shit. In my town the Democrats run unopposed. Unless you don't live in MA and my assumption was wrong...
This is why I had no interest in going the first day of early voting in my state. I'll go later this week or next week.
Waiting two hours for a blowjob is fine with me. The fact that there’s a line ahead of me for that service? No thank you.
There are three states that do not offer early voting and require an eligible reason to vote by mail: Alabama Mississippi New Hampshire I'm not sure which states offer blowjobs with early voting.
difference is the line was about 2/3rds women this time. It was noticeable. There was a lady waving around a "vote trump" sign and holding up a picture of him with the bleeding ear about 30 feet from the line -- is that illegal to be that close? I don't really know -- and I saw several people just laugh at her as they walked by. This is in a small-ish Texas community too.
The legal distance on electioneering is shockingly small. No state has a limit higher than 600 feet (Louisiana) and the lowest limit is 25 feet (Missouri), with most states being around 100 feet. Vermont and New Hampshire have vague language about the path or approach to the polling place as well.
yeah I'm sure I could have looked it up on my phone and pressed the issue but she was just making herself look like an idiot. Who goes up to vote having no idea who they're gonna choose at the top of the ticket and sees a karen holding a sign dancing like "you know what? She makes a great point with all those moves! I shall vote for her preference."
I've seen some reports of the voting stations putting people in "Harris / Trump" lines. Definitely illegal.
