Firing his top asshole-lickers would make him look even MORE stupid than he already is. Not that it wouldn't be good to have a fuckhead like Sessions gone, it will just help further cement what an impulsive handi-tard he is.
He's Bowser in Super Mario 1. Facts are the lava under the bridge.

I'm honestly going to miss Spicer. Maybe I'm a bit of a nihilist, but seeing him stumble through his explanations for whenever Trump says/does some utterly crazy shit was endlessly entertaining to me.

I actually don't think Pence will be as bad as everyone thinks, but then again I'll freely admit that while I never really liked Trump and didn't have particularly high expectations, I did underestimate what a cluster fuck he would be. I mean, I realized he was going to be an embarrassment and expected a certain level of crazy, but whatever amount therein I expected he's certainly exceeded it. And feel free to give me shit, but in all seriousness if I could go back in time I still wouldn't have voted for Hillary(although I also would not have voted for Trump, considering the Russia revelations).

I'm just imagining himself walking into a press briefing like Michael Scott from the office and yelling "I DECLARE MORAL BANKRUPTCY"

I fully expected Trump to be a fuckup. I was that asshole who told anyone who'd listen about how much of a fuckup he'd be, and I guess I still am that asshole for still constantly giving my in-laws shit for voting for Trump (though they're also the assholes who think this "russia stuff is no big deal" and say things like "the sooner we get those mexicans out the better"). And in my wildest nightmares, I never would have imagined trump would have waded this deep into shit, especially this soon. I still expected he had a shred of intelligence, that his experience gained from all those years of shady business would prevent him from doing the truly awful shit his ego was capable of producing.

Nope. Turns out dude is just literally the worst.

For what it's worth, until the 11th hour I was going to vote Johnson because I am a libertarian on most everything, but then Johnson decided to be stupid in his own ways. So I ultimately voted for clinton, because when I early voted it looked like Texas has the slimmest chance ever of going blue. And even if it was like a 1% chance of it being not trump in Texas, I at least wanted to try to help the cause. Still don't like Clinton. Never will. And Johnson is a fucking idiot too, but at least he's like the drunk (or high?) lovable uncle kinda idiot.

I really don't understand how people are surprised. He's doing exactly what he told us he would do and behaving exactly like everyone who was railing against him for the two years leading up to this point said he would because they had eyes and ears and didn't make up endless excuses for him.

I'm surprised because I believe that humans are inherently good. That they do not truly desire to destroy others simply for the sake of doing so. I knew trump would not make a good president, but I thought his campaign stunts were just that -- stunts. That, at worst, he'd try to accomplish some of what he said. Instead, he has attempted to out-evil his campaign persona.

Yes, there are truly evil people out there. And many of them are in jail. I could never imagine that people would actually vote for a truly evil person to be president.

    Yet, here we are.

I am ashamed of a large portion of America. Where did we go wrong?

I mentioned this several weeks ago I think, but he is so stupid that he thinks he's smart. He has mediocre business sense and ran his organization like a mob boss. As much as he wants, being elected president isn't exactly the same as being crowned king. He clearly thought he could come in and just do whateverthefuck.

He's so stupid that he doesn't know how stupid he is. But that is only when it comes to politics and government. His understanding is barely that of a 6th grader.

I think he knows how to launder money. I think he knows exactly what to do to make a buck. He's just never had such a ruthless microscope on him before. And Mueller's team is no joke.

Yes, because after your delusional posts on how everything about Hillary was bullshit and your rambling nonsense about the neo nazi takeover you're clearly the paragon of insight. And I don't know what thread you were reading, but I honestly can't remember anyone on here who voted Trump and was a serious supporter, or even thought he was going to be a good president. He may have exceeded expectations in the dirt bag column, but if it makes it clearer to you then no, no one is exactly surprised the guy is a jackass.

And I'm sorry to be a dick, but if you're going to act all smug after some of the shit you posted during the election you kind of deserve it.

How's the saying go, "if you want to test a man's character give him power"? Trump has had power his whole life. Wealthy upbringing, private schools, 6-figure loans from daddy, billion(s?) to his name, and he's shown his character all along. No class, no scruples, no surprise to anyone who grew up under his tower's shadow.

You do realize his father died in 1999? I think we'd all heard of Donald Trump about 20 years prior to that.

You're right. I heard about his casinos going bankrupt and him selling his planes while they were in mid-fucking-flight. He was also in Home Alone 2.

I believe this too, up until someone gives me reason enough not to. Trump gave me and lots of other people lots of reasons. I can't expect anybody to say "grab them by the pussy" and expect them to be anything but an asshole.

Anyway, is it just me or does it seem like Democratic leadership is being way too quiet about this? I have to believe that if the shoe was on the other foot, Ryan, McConnell, etc. would have had long public hearings from supoenaed witnesses while beginning impeachment proceedings, yesterday.

Meanwhile, the only one on the left that has been talking about anything (Sanders) is talking about healthcare. Don't get me wrong. Healthcare is vitally important. But if you're Pelosi or Schumer, shouldn't you be raising hell right about now?

And people wonder why Democrats have been getting waxed in elections for at least a decade.

Democrats are seeing this as a mealticket. Every new scandal is one more line item for their fundraising emails. Plus, with their new emphasis on recapturing the "blue collar worker" vote they don't want to push away this demo via the same dumb zealotry.

Looks like someone gave Trump his phone back... here are this morning's Tweets:

    >ObamaCare is dead and the Democrats are obstructionists, no ideas or votes, only obstruction. It is solely up to the 52 Republican Senators!

    >The Republican Senators must step up to the plate and, after 7 years, vote to Repeal and Replace. Next, Tax Reform and Infrastructure. WIN!

    >In all fairness to Anthony Scaramucci, he wanted to endorse me 1st, before the Republican Primaries started, but didn't think I was running!

    >My son Donald openly gave his e-mails to the media & authorities whereas Crooked Hillary Clinton deleted (& acid washed) her 33,000 e-mails!

    >...What about all of the Clinton ties to Russia, including Podesta Company, Uranium deal, Russian Reset, big dollar speeches etc.

    >So many people are asking why isn't the A.G. or Special Council looking at the many Hillary Clinton or Comey crimes. 33,000 e-mails deleted?

    >While all agree the U. S. President has the complete power to pardon, why think of that when only crime so far is LEAKS against us.FAKE NEWS

    >The Failing New York Times foiled U.S. attempt to kill the single most wanted terrorist,Al-Baghdadi.Their sick agenda over National Security

    >A new INTELLIGENCE LEAK from the Amazon Washington Post, this time against A.G. Jeff Sessions. These illegal leaks, like Comey's, must stop!
