Maybe they really are this stupid. North Korea says strike on US is 'inevitable' as Pentagon flies bombers off coast
I get that people don't want another war, and I don't either, but do you really want to see what this shit is like when they have missiles that actually can reach the continental US? The last war we fought with them had so many casualties because we were fighting China more the than the norks. The Chinese didn't seem to really have a fuck how many they lost, and Truman decided it wasn't worth it to escalate the situation into another world war. If we somehow convince China to accept the regime has to go I really don't know that US casualties would be super high. Then again, who knows? You can never really predict anything in a war. Of course the casualties in Korea could/would be catastrophic.
That's kind of where I'm at on this whole deal. The last missile they launched showed they can reach Guam and they seem to be gaining technology by leaps and bounds. I don't think they're at the point they can strap a nuke to one of their missiles and have it survive re-entry, but I don't think it's going to take them very long to figure it out. I really don't think we should go the Neville Chamberlain route and try to appease him because that didn't work with Hitler and it's not going to work this time either. Kim is fucking insane. He doesn't care about his own people and he certainly doesn't care about anyone else. Unfortunately I'm afraid a lot of people are going to end up dead because of this dick head.
I am just in awe at CNN. So you have the North Korea issue, the republicans are allegedly close to having enough votes to repeal the ACA (although they probably won't get there), you have a huge catastrophe in Puerto Rico, and so many other things going on. What is the top headline on their site? BREAKING NEWS! TRUMP'S A RACIST!!!! Then the next largest one displayed is a story about how CNN totally does show Trump's crowds. After that there's this, a line by line commentary on a Trump speech at a recent rally, which is perhaps the most childish display of journalism I've ever seen. Seriously, is the author of that article 12 years old? Is bickering like a halfwit in a youtube comment section filled with 'you so pwned' one liners really the way they do things now? If you can make it through that pile of shit you're a better man than me. I can't believe that they're for real. Pretty much all the outlets suck, but CNN has entered their own stratosphere of idiocy at this point.
Yeah they dropped the ball on that one. It's not breaking news anymore that Trump is a racist. They're like, at least a year behind everyone knowing that.
I think it'll be funny as hell to see how many more people kneel since the Trump tweet war over the last couple of days.
I thought it was funny that Mike Tomlinson kept them all off the field. I don’t care either way. I will stand during the anthem. They can sit, shit on a flag, use it as a taint towel. I don’t care. However my Facebook makes it look like I’m the only one with that opinion.
It used to be that the teams were in the dressing room during the anthem. And here's some classic Trump: https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/823174199036542980 If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend that you peruse https://www.reddit.com/r/TrumpCriticizesTrump/ It is fucking hilarious just how often he absolutely contradicts himself via Twitter.
I just think it's hilarious how he uses twitter simply because he's too fucking scared to answer questions at a press conference like a President would. This way he gets to say whatever he wants and the apes who follow him sans-irony drool along with amazement and consider it scripture.
I don't care about the flag thing specifically, but I am getting sick of people bringing their politics into sports and everything else. The need to protest constantly over every single goddamn thing is getting tiresome.
His Twitter usage seems just like every other racist, confused 70 year old man whose family/friends/coworkers don't want him on social media.
Stupid or not, how is criticizing people for kneeling during the anthem racist? Do people even know what the what the word means anymore?
He uses Twitter because he doesn’t have more than 140 characters of shit to say about anything anyways.
What I want to know is who the fuck even cares about national anthem standing or kneeling? NBA players directly criticize the president on twitter and no one in the media gives it a second mention but over here in the NFL someone kneels for the anthem and it's the biggest talking point of the season? Personally I think it's driven by the NFL so the sports media isn't talking about all the scummy shit the league does. I'm sure I'm not the first person to think this.
