If you ask me, this is more than likely a desperate political shout-out to the one demographic of people who still unanimously support him and will love this idea: namely, Stupid Fat Fucks. Seriously, why would he be making almost a boast of protest towards the shutdown here, as if he isn’t the cause of it? EDIT: Jesus Christ. He called everyone in because he’s bragging about paying for this out of his own wallet. He really is a cheap, clueless fuckstick.
On the one hand, it's hilarious and absurd, perfectly captured in this tweet: On the other hand, it's still hilarious and absurd. Although, college students do love them some fast food.
No, no, he let that all to bid. So, those Wendy's burgers went to the cheapest bidder. Only $27.43 each.
How do you get to be President of the United States without knowing that french fries don't travel. They never have, they never will.
Absolutely. Especially aspiring, world-class athletes who have strength/conditioning trainers and nutritionists constantly breathing down their necks.
These are big time programs. These college kids have a special nutritionist and do not ever eat fast food or pizza. They never get any financial perks for being a college football player, and they don't have access to special treatment in the classroom or education curriculum requirements.
Precisely. The football players themselves were tweeting this DURING their “dinner”. Ridiculing the food and saying how much trouble they’ll be in with the trainers later if they eat it.
The University of South Carolina, which must always be spelled out because USC is a different school.
This one got me good. I can’t believe something like this is generating so much actual controversy on both sides. The strange things people will force themselves to care about. Instead what’s happening in the UK, or NATO, or China’s borderline recession, etc.
I see both of my senators signed off on this. I've lived in Minnesota most of my life, most of my family and all of my friends are liberal/progressive, and I've never once been party to a talk about an assault weapons ban. It's just not on the list of issues me or my friends/family really care about. Who are Smith and Klobuchar pandering to?
If you were from another planet, the message you would take from this is “Liberals in America don’t own guns”. ...but a lot of them do.
The far left. People from big cities who don’t really own guns so therefore, they must not matter. The anti-gun left is loud. And it’s also their ticket to a two-term Trump presidency. If they run on gun control, they are finished. IMO, you can be pro gun rights and also be anti NRA, which is fine. If they let Feinstein run wild with bans and confiscation, they will lose each time. The dems are better off running on healthcare, and appealing to gov workers and other laid-off blue collar types who’s credit scores are taking shits right now. Let them all know how much Trump actually hates them and how the GOP doesn’t give a shit about them.
