Honestly dont see Georgia, Michigan, or Wisconsin going for Trump even with court battles. I assumed it was going to be a nail biter like this. Certainly not the huge wave that people had been predicting. Flipping the Senate AND House? Flipping Texas? Another prediction, if the courts don't side with Trump he'll concede and there isnt going to be some Bill Maher violent transfer of power. People on both sides have worked themselves into a frenzy, from different angles, that it ends in blood. Dont see it happening. I dont see anything like that if he does end up pulling it out at the last minute. Mass protest? Rioting? Maybe, but it's not going to be some violent despot rolling tanks over citizens.
Yeah it’s pretty much over. Biden wins and the GOP will probably keep the Senate. Basically the exact scenario I was hoping for. Joe already looks cheerful this morning:
I did not want the dems to have the house, senate, and Presidency. I wish it was a more comfortable victory for biden, and I predicted as such, but that's a good reminder for myself to make sure I'm not in a bubble. I'm keeping a close eye on Georgia.
Too bad voting stopped and only counting remains. No matter the outcome he was going to whine like a bitch, because that is all that he is.
https://www.politico.com/2020-election/results/president/ Assuming they are counting the absentee/provisional ballots now, and assuming those are 60-70% Democratic....this map looks like Biden hitting 270 with Nevada, Wisconsin and Michigan. It's a possibility he takes PA, and it's kind of unlikely Biden wins GA and NC. Far from over, but....
The Trump era made it strikingly clear that we need serious reform, including ethics and oversight reform, as well as a renewed Voting Rights Act. Instead we're going to get McConnell blocking everything under the sun, intentionally tanking any covid recovery so he can blame Democrats in 2022, and we'll be back at this heinous Republican project before long. Complete cock-up by America's voters.
Interesting. In Michigan, the 4 am update had 138,339 new votes tallied. Every single one for Biden. None for any other candidate. What are the odds of that?
could have been the way the votes were uploaded, not the way they were counted. Often the simplest answer is the correct one.
According to this, https://elections.wi.gov/node/7220,Wisconsin has 3.6 million (nearly 3.7) registered voters.
Yeah, I just looked that up myself after posting. Still, that comes to 95% voter turnout which is rather unreal.
when the picture leaves off the person who posted that, as well as the source for the data, then it's questionable info at best
Colorado and Georgia elected reps who believe in QAnon. Give me Corpsey McCovid, he'll do a better job.
