    The Republican hypocrisy of spending all morning screaming about Cuomo, when they went (and continue to go) to the absolute mat to shield Trump from any consequences, is a bit much to stomach this early in the day. Cuomo is being brought down by a Democratic AG and a Democratic state house; I can't remember the last Republican to actually be held accountable by Republicans.

    The AG tossed the potato back to the DA in Albany, from what I am to understand, if there should be formal criminal charges and left the political option to the legislature. So she didn’t do anything. Remains to be seen if he’ll actually be impeached or not. The state isn’t a dumpster fire politically so he might not skate like Northam. When real power is on the line the Democrats will look the other way just as quick as the right.

    I mean, he really shouldn’t. He has an obvious conflict. If he defended him, it would destroy whatever sliver of journalistic integrity he has left. If he attacked him on his show, it would probably destroy his family life. Better he just stays quiet.
