This is why I don't day trade. I sold a bunch of Ford, somewhere around $9.20, in January, because it just wasn't moving. Bought something that looked hotter at the time but has been stagnant since. I'd have been better off if I didn't even open my trading app in 2021. All the bullshit with NOK, GME, and some other picks do not equal what my gains would have been if I didn't get out of Ford.
If you don’t combine the sales of the Sierra/Silverado, the f150 outsold everything. And it’s why they are so expensive. It’s basically a Swiss Army knife of a vehicle and is starting to replace mommy wagons and minivans.
It's also why truck plants are going beyond their normal capacity right now. HUGE demand. I have to think it's tied to all the "well, we can't travel, let's tow" and "we're all doing home renos now with the newly reallocated travel budget".
I just bought another 2K shares of AABB and have another order placed for 2K more, which will move me to 5K shares at .20. That's a much more comfortable position then the 1K shares I had at .37. ...and I actually like this one as a money maker, not a "Lets get some leverage so I can break even" play. I also picked up another 750 of Bayhorse silver mine to bring my total to 2K. Having 1250 shares was bugging my OCD.
Thinking about buying around 100 million in venezuelan currency. If it comes back, I'd be a big time millionaire in another country. If it doesn't, I'd be out 53 or so US dollars. What say you all?
I think it would be hilarious to have it shipped to you just so you can have boxes full of money laying around the house.
A friend of mine traded her minivan in on a Ram 1500 this past summer. The van needed replaced and they decided a crew cab truck was more versatile than a van. Something, I find interesting, all my friends with kids have vans, and all of their wives hate driving a van. I've joked for years that SUV's are just station wagons on a lift kit.
If you have more then 2 kids, or are transporting more then 2 kids. Nothing will replace a mini van. We have a 3 row explorer and sure it isn't to bad getting kids back there, but a mini van is so much easier.
My wife hated driving her van, after we decided on only having one kid she immediately traded it for a 3rd row explorer. I’ll admit to liking the driver experience on the Explorer better, the twin turbo is certainly more fun to drive than a mini van.
Don't get me wrong, vans make sense for reasons you stated, but nobody had a minivan poster on their wall as a kid. My wife who prefers subcompact cars decided we needed to swap her Honda Fit for a minivan because its impossible to stuff a newborn, carseat, stroller, playpen, and other baby stuff as well as a Newfoundland dog in the Fit.
I’ve never driven a minivan and I won’t. I had one of the Mazda CX-9 for the longest. It was a goddamn TANK. Now I have a 4door wrangler and al three of my boys, my dog, me, and my husband fit comfortably.
Apparently AABB released their wallet today after the market closed. My second order for 2K shares didn't go through, so I'm still sitting at 3K shares...which is better than 1K, I suppose, if it does take off. Tomorrow could be quite interesting.
