ICBU is running this morning. I'm up over $500 since open. The Chia coin doesn't go live for a couple more hours, but it's pushing this ticker hard since they're the only publicly traded company currently mining it.
It is 100% hype. There's nothing to it, technically. Space on your hard drive is not the basis for any kind of a currency. Period.
Ammo, Inc. (POWW) just announced its closing of the deal to acquire GunBroker.com (link). It's down roughly 2.5% at the moment, but climbing back from much worse earlier in the day. Will be interesting to see where it goes the rest of the week.
Almost every stock is smoke and mirrors, but this did go up $678 for me today making up for my loss in GTII. The coin itself was as high as $1934 today, it's now trading at $830.
Took my $700 gains and bailed on ICBU. Added 6K more AABB at .19. Whole damn market is down right now, but silver has gained around $1.50 in the past couple of days, so there that.
I'm still in Dogecoin. I think I'll hold it for at least a decade. Thinking about the yacht I'll buy when it hits $1000.
Lol I’m still in. I expect a pretty healthy correction after this boost. I put in about $250 and am over a grand right now if I sell it all. I’ll wait. I wouldn’t surprised if it drops into to 20 cent territory after a big boost.
I've got a real-time stock tracker for VOO pulled up in my other window. Fuck yeah, living dangerously.
Just curious, but what were your reasons for going with VOO over VTI? I've been looking into both to park a larger sum of money for a while and based on what I've read, VTI is more diversified and has historically out-performed VOO. It's slightly more volatile, but offers exposure to small and mid cap, while VOO is entirely large cap.
I already have a Roth IRA invested in VTI. And long-term, the S&P 500 is expected to out-perform the rest of the market.
Wait a minute...did that idiot actually think watching people trade could be an e-sport? Unbelievable.
