Because he sucks. Now here's a white man playing a song that was written by a black man (one of many examples):
They eat meat. There's a line somewhere in the books where someone comments that the only creatures that eat cooked meat are people and dragons.
I just watched my first GoT. I have no idea whos who and only a vague idea Of what's going on. I smell a season one marathon coming (after final exams).
The Spartacus season finale was an absolutely gorgeous visual ballet of violence and bloodletting. Absolute fucking madness. I am dehydrated after watching it.

I read the first book this past month then rewatched season 1 about two weeks ago. The first time I watched, I mainly tried focusing on Ned and his family as it was hard to keep up with the endless barrage of lords and relatives and such. I went to my friend's house to watch tonights episode with a bunch of people and realized how much I hate people talking and asking questions during the shows/movies. Ill have to rewatch it alone with my surround sound. Though I am excited it's back, the episode wasn't mind blowingly good. Mostly just set up. Ending with Spoiler killing a bunch of babies wasn't really an upper either.
Don't spoil it for the rest of it! Please put all opinions about the episode you just saw in spoiler tags. Since we're still dealing with the, ahem, television situation, we'll be catching up with this later online.
Download it, watch it, then come back into the fold and join the fun. I have to wait until I ,an get home and download a copy before I can watch it.
Yes I did mean retch...as in losing the contents of your stomach in a very violent and undignified fashion. I just suck at spelling and I'm using a friend's computer that doesn't have spell check. I'm an uneducated hillbilly, so sue me.
Honestly, I'm not a fan of spoilers outside of spoiler tags in the show specific threads. Because I'm a whiny pussy foreigner who has to download shit and wait to watch it and waaah. But we put up with some of it, because if you're reading the show thread without having watched the current episode - you're basically asking for spoilers. But in the drunk thread? Less than 6 hours after the fucking thing aired? Fuck off with that bullshit.
A guy on my facebook was asking "how GOT could be so epic" and I told commented "well the books were pretty epic" and his reply: "Wait, there are books?"
It is like harry potter for adults. Take a dragon, sprinkle in some gay and magic, and you have the entire series nailed down.
