    I'm pretty sure I took a 12 mile hike today. I didn't keep track of the mileage, but we left at 11 this morning and didn't get back until 4:30 this afternoon. Deep snow, improper footwear, and that fact that we walked across a lake that breaks off into 10 different creeks not knowing which creek brought us back to the car has made me very sleepy.

    Excited for the game tomorrow. I'm still on the fence on who I'm for. I can't decide if I want to go for the Steelers because I spend so much time in Pittsburgh or go against them just to piss off everyone else that will be watching the game with me (There will be at least 10 people at my house, all for the Steelers.)

    I got myself a bottle of Sailor Jerry and a 24 pack of Dr. Pepper.

    I still HATE the fact that they have the fucking Super Bowl on Sunday night. I have school on Monday morning, my wife works Monday afternoon. Everyone else has jobs or school or whatever, why don't they have the Super Bowl on SATURDAY so people have Sunday to recover?

    You know, I've always kind of wondered the same thing. In the past we've always had Superbowl parties or whatever, but I can never really drink that much or enjoy it because I always had to be at work (or school) in the morning. Doesn't really make much sense to me.

    There's a saying in the South, to avoid scheduling conflicts in the Fall, don't schedule anything for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

    For people in the South who can get it, go find Prichard's Crystal Rum. Damn good stuff. One of the few rums that you can just drink on the rocks and taste something more than alcohol.
