I always got a kick out of Boozy on the old board when he'd go on his post deleting tirades: This place has been pretty fun up to this point, but I agree that we need some wahoo threads. Some of the funniest shit I've ever seen/read was in those threads.
Before KungFuMike turned into a parody of himself, he turned a picture of a hockey player scoring a goal into a carefully thought out metaphor to help explain to one of the old Canadian posters that he was a shitty boyfriend. I don't remember the specifics, but it contained one of my favorite posts ever: In the context of the guy trying to defend himself, I died laughing. I usually try to hide my nerdy message board habits, but I shared that thread with all of my roommates. As for this board, the regular occurrence of drunk threads have been a godsend. I can say stupid shit to strangers instead of ruining relationships via Facebook.
I don't see why that would be your favorite moment. If you wanted to see two old droopy tube socks, you can open up your sock drawer whenever you please.....* *please don't kill me O Queen of the Amazons
Nah, Gris is just busy becoming famous, rather than lying in the fetal position on a tharapist's couch, boo-hooing because nobody understands his pain. Happy Birthday TiB and thank you Chater. One year ago today you rescued this lost little RMMB minion, who felt much like as if her favourite bar had shut down (no doubt due to liquour board violations). Cheers! Thank you as well to the mods for your time and effort. It is noted and appreciated. Group hug?
Happy Birthday TiB! Though I post in cycles, depending on how busy I am, you've done a great job with this place Chater. I don't know why, but my favorite TiB moment was Ballsac3.0 (Gris, I believe), Jesus, I couldn't stop laughing at that.
Great Moments in RMMB [& TiB] History Which is exactly where he belongs. FOCUS: The fact that the 'Wahoo' user name became a verb speaks volumes about how epic those threads were.
RMMB: I joined kinda late over there, and was just sort of getting into it when Tucker pulled the plug. Hardest I laughed was at the photoshop contests, especially the "Rape is Not Funny" batch. Least favorite moments were when Tucker got all butt hurt and would delete a post. TiB: My favorite moment was that time early on when we had a decent slogan. Or motto. Slogo? Least favorite was that stupid answer-the-questions then add-a-question thread. Happy Birthday, TiB. You smell like a monkey and you look like one, too.
Does anyone remember the advice board thread where some stupid girl came in asking for advice, and Bunny and KungFu Mike spent the entire thread trying to woo her while simultaneously announcing that the other wanted to commit foul deeds? I'm not sure I've ever laughed so hard. At one point KFM announced that he wanted to serenade her every day and give her beautiful gifts and "maybe massage my penis in your mouth for a little while." I spend most of my time lurking on the tech board here. My frequency of posting is in direct opposition to my job satisfaction and the past year has brought some decent job satisfaction. But happy birthday, TiB.
Happy Birthday TiB, and thanks to Chater and all the mods for all of their hard work. I drift in and out of here like a bloated corpse on the tides, but the TMMB/RMMB and now the TiB, have provided a much needed refuge from the real world over the past five years. There was/is more funny than can possibly be pointed to in a lone thread.
Another happy birthday to TiB, and much thanks to Chater and the rest of the crew. After not posting much on the RMMB, I've . . . not posted much here either. Still, I enjoy keeping up with the threads. We have a great group here. Great moments? I've enjoyed most of the "Ask a . . ." threads here. They've been pretty informative and entertaining. This board does a tremendous job capturing the good parts of the RMMB. The only thing missing for me is the advice board, as other people have mentioned. I grew up A LOT by reading those threads. I hope that material makes a comeback somewhere.
Happy Birthday TIB! My personal favorite was the "I'm a bartender in the industry" thread and it's resulting spinoffs, mainly because I started it, but some of the captions for his picture were spot on hilarious. I can't believe we almost voted that jagoff onto The Real World.
Someone line the mods up for birthday bumps... I was pretty much a lurker on RMMB, but I always liked reading the advice board and the rant/raves board. Same applies here - a great source of funny, plus it's nice to get insights into peoples' lives. And of course, there's that lovely boobies thread... Yummy... Thanks again, Chater, for giving me a great place to kill time at work and get a giggle now and then!

I'll admit I wasn't a frequent poster on TMMB. Like someone else said, it was "be funny or die," and I'm female so you know I'm only capable of being bitchy. Remembering all the mod fights from TMMB actually kind of makes me miss the place. The advice boards were really the best part. Overall though, this place has a much better atmosphere and group-feel. It's like the gorilla suit, except how the gorilla suit is wearing a tie! Happy birthday TiB!
I still crack up thinking about the Blueberry King and his parties/promotions he'd put on, and all the pics. And the lawsuits. And the "fisted by a gorilla" making it into the judgment doc. (Or whatever it's called... I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV). Then there was Barbie-something that was posting nude pics on some pedo board, and some old dude was creeping her but she thought it was cute, and she swore she'd never do anything more than just show her boobies. 4 months later, she was in a full-on porno and covered in tattoos. And then there were the "discussions" between Savage Henry and Bunny, the power of crystals and the uselessness of modern medicine. And Savage's epic advice thread replies. And I also really enjoyed SLF, especially when he banned DixieBandit, and DB went on a monster PM campaign to "help get me back!". And then there was Geigs' avatar, which belongs in the Avatar Hall Of Fame.
I can't remember who it was too, but Nils did post to someone the now famous line from the movie "I couldn't hurt you with a running start and a battle axe" That was one of the days I got weird looks from my coworker's. Towards the end of the board I was so happy when Biscuits entered the scene and could actually make comments that were not pro IHTSBIH. My favorite moment on this board was reading Shegirls rant about a member sending her a video of himself masturbating and then finishing. Hilarious. I really do miss the whole thread on IHTSBIH. Even though it eventually destroyed RMMB I loved how we could follow the film process from start to finish. There was some fantastic posts by Tucker summing up the visits to all the College towns, I loved when they made fun of the awkward fat kids. The x-ray blow job comes to mind as well.
