    Just went to the gym for the first time in almost a year. Lost a bunch of weight from walking/diet changes - but need to add something to keep it moving. Fuck I feel old right now.

    Just had the best Sunday nerd out night ever. Had some friends over and were talking about Warcraft 3, which then turned into a LAN party. After installing 5 hours later we had played at least 10 games of 2v2.

    Fuck WoW. I wish they had made WC4. At least DOTA2 is coming soon.

    No asthma attack last night. Thank fuck for that. I felt so fucking exhausted yesterday I could hardly stand. No-one seems to get that those attacks fucking drain you of any energy you might've had that day. It SUCKS. It takes effort to keep your eyeballs open and no amount of sleeping can fix it.

    I was able to procure two bottles of Lucozade and am now starting to feel a bit normal again. Thank fuck for that. too.
