Yeah I used to rock the Rashida avi.

She also went to Harvard and was friends with Tupac. For a long time she was my number 1 female crush.

Minding my own business, walking to the car. Nobody around. Some old guy pops out of his truck, looks at me and yells "Shit head!"

    Awesome.

I think one of my new favorite things is listening to old people who I've known for a good amount of time complain about people we're both working with. I just got off a 13 hour shoot with one of my professors, and he was going off on the manager for this band we're doing a show for. So fun.

All I've been looking forward to all day was the newest Game of Thrones. A little sad, but I DESERVE IT

Hey, I am just as sad as you. I have been looking forward to the introduction of those dead things from beyond the wall. A little disappointed with how that scene played out, truth be told.

My second day on the job, I walk in and the crusty old dude working the part inventory goes "There he is. The DUMB motherfucker."

I did a double-take and said something lame in response. I then went to the back and laughed my ass off. Just the level of serious random contempt that he could channel toward me at a whim was amazing.

Speaking of old people, my parents neighbor is 95. I was at his house helping him with his TV and he was telling me about one of his younger friends (80's) having 'cabbage fever'. What the hell is that you ask? He can't 'get the head up'. Yeah.

Headed to the end of the first book. Based on timing of these episodes, it looks like they plan to have each season follow each book.

Had a steak made of elk meat tonight. It was fucking amazing. The more animals I eat, the more I wonder why we only farm chicken, cows, turkeys, and pigs. What gives?

You know why everyone eats chicken? It's cheap, and it's cheap because it grows fast and is cheap to care for. Bigger animals take longer to mature and more money to care for.

It's similar to the criteria of a model organism, except you have to be able to eat the final product.

And that elk... ever try to keep one in a field?

Cows are WAY easier to farm.

Besides, it's a great reason/excuse to go out and enjoy the outdoors and go hunt your own.
