Yeah. This game is wearing on me. Just had a Gold IV buddy troll the shit out of me. I might have to remove this guy or just not every play a ranked with him again. I know he lost a ton of points but he must have been high, because he didn't seem to care. I fell back to Bronze II 58 points.
I've taken the course of no longer playing ranked on weekend evenings. Too many drunks, stoners, and anti-social trolls. Especially as I'm on the west coast so a simple 10PM game for me means I'm playing with some idiot in NY or Mass. who's been drinking for 3 hours. At those times I play ARAM or normals and mess around with unfamiliar champs (for instance, I am terrible at jungling with Panth it seems). Also, 300 games and someone is still in bronze? I saw someone with NINE HUNDRED ranked games and he was bronze IV. He started troll banning after we asked if he'd play support. 900 games; you'd think he quit or realize he was doing something wrong and change it. I wish Riot would understand that if I put someone on my ignore list, it probably means I don't want to be matched in a Q with them again. And if I go so far as to report someone, I DEFINITELY don't want to be matched with them. In other news, Aatrox is fun, and Vi is still my favorite.
Finally got a penta kill in ranked. Tristana, I had the quadra and secured each kill with a jump, made my fifth jump and and was moving back towards their base, corki came out of the jungle to missile me with 300 or 400 hp, I had about the same. I BotRK him and 2 auto for the penta. Huge smile on my face. This game is great sometimes. 3 games before I had leavers. The good with the bad, I guess.
I'm in Qualifications to get out of Bronze II. I'm scared to play them. Last time I was in Qualification matches, I was trolled so hard it wasn't even funny. Not even like 40 minute games and then someone throws. It was apparent 10 minutes it that the game was a fucking disaster. I have definitely learned timing has something to do with it for sure. I won two ranked games in a row for the first time ever on Sunday afternoon. One of the games was a solid game, the other I literally had to drag my team to victory. The fucking thing I hate the most about this game, the thing I hate the most...was how good it was to drag my team to victory. God it felt fucking great. To beat 4 other people's retardation and not lose a game is the worst self-induced drug on this planet. Probably didn't feel as great as a Pentakill, but man.

I finally got to Bronze I. But since I had a now removed buddy troll me in my second game, along with a Sivir that cried she needed Blue, I am now in Bronze I with 0 points. God I'm so fucking scared to play. Jesus, they should at least give me one point. 0 is brutal.
Fucking shit. I got punished by the Tribunal again. I agree that I acted poorly in all of these games. But I think I think I was strongly provoked in four of these games. And in two of them, not sure what I did can rightly be called toxic. Those were pretty funny to read. I signed up for the tribunal judging and reading through some of the games is just...wow... I never would have thought you could feel rage through a computer chat log, but holy fuck, there are some angry people out there. I actually found a couple people to play with which is really turning out to be a good thing. I've got a duo bot partner and a ridiculous Singed I've been playing with. It points to the fact that getting anywhere in ranked involves a team, or at least a duo. Hoping to advance with just rolling the dice in Wood League is not a good idea.
Its really weird, I'll go through phases with duoing where with my duo partner at the same level, we'll do great, then we'll get trolls. We split up and have great games and get into it. It's really about the team and a lot of luck, also avoiding bad timezones. I had a hard fought win today duoing with a buddy in Silver 3. It was a tough, but really fun game. We finally win, and its my first since getting into Bronze I. Boom 5 LP. I'm currently choked so fucking hard. I'll have to grind wins out to get back to top. I'm also so fucking happy they've restored custom sets.
Damn, first game in 12 days and I obliterated a Rumble top with Riven. 10/0/0, fully stacked BT and a Guardian Angel by the 20 minute surrender. Felt great. ...Too bad that only ever happens in normal games.
Yeah, I notice when I go back into Ranked games I get super tense. Also, people freak-out at match-ups and shit doesn't work right. I'm surprised Rumble isn't played all the time at low-elo. Everyone single one I've played with always dominates late game. Also, new Udyr Legendary Skin came out. I don't think I can talk myself into anymore major skins. It's just nuts. Unless a Pantheon Legendary comes out, I'm going to try and only buy shit on sale. And I probably should stop buying shit in general.
I've been mainly playing support as I find it's one of the most influential roles in the game. Switching now to ADC, holy fuck! I've gone 7 straight games with absolute dogshit supports. Openly stealing CS, not buying wards, not setting up kills, stealing kills, playing non-support champs, and on and on. The requirements to play ranked games is such a joke and the players come in only knowing one role, one champ, and completely fuck up the game for everyone. I'm getting close to uninstalling the game and starting something single player where I will be free of the never-ending bullshit of ranked LoL.
Yeah. If you buy a shit ton of wards, it's really hard for even the idiots to feed. That next ruby crystal won't save your teammates from themselves, but another stack of wards might. What people don't realize is that at low levels nobody pays attention to the minimap all of the time, but if you have wards present it lets 5 sets of eyes watch for someone getting flanked. 5x more likely to be pinged or otherwise notice the incoming gank. Yeah, this is a huge problem. I used to try to help by telling people, "Don't play ranked if you don't know all five roles," but it's been harder to do since I got gold. You really do have to specialize at one point, and the fact is I only play jungle and adc at gold level. The other three roles I just try not to be a detriment to my team when I am stuck with them.
Well the wards thing is a nice idea PS, besides the fact people still don't watch the mini-map, watch pings and instead of looking at the mini-map and run back. They stop to type "stfu" or continue farming that one last minion. Ranked in Wood League is half luck, half skill. Maybe even 60/40.
A few pages back I talked about playing support Ashe which I thought was a potential winner. Well, I was right, but my build was off. Actually, it's because I was right in the high CDR, big mana idea, but I applied it to a support instead of the ADC. Blue Ashe is lights out. Has all the benefits I thought Ashe could carry, and it has damage. I'll post the spec after a few tweaks, but it's nice raining arrows every 1.5 seconds
By sheer accident I purchased stuff today that got me to exactly ZERO Riot Points, so it CAN be done!

Also, played a ranked game yesterday where despite the fact our Ezreal and Jungle Xin were supposed to trade and never did (yes Ezreal had smite) we could have won a game where we had Malphite. Except our Malphite for no fucking reason besides not knowing how to play against Cho'Gath top, decided to start blatantly throwing the game. EVEN after decisive team fight wins. Fucking Wood League. Then he started saying "Oh this is my first time playing, I'm on a friends account. The game was lost." Except we were down 2 towers and 2 kills. Fucking miserable shit.
