2 ranked games in a row. First game, malzahar is first pick and starts raging in champ select about how he gets nothing but feeders in his games. All four of us say things like, "just calm down dude," "it's fine," and "we're going to win." He gets angrier and angrier and dc's 1 minute into the game after telling us all to fuck off as we set up to kill blue at level 1. Second game, I'm playing trundle jungle and swain is laning against TF. He dies to tryndamere gank at level 5. Swain revives, runs up mid, burns flash, ignite, and hits with all 3 of his spells against level 6 TF. TF is left with 300 hp and calmly walks back to tower and bases. I begin killing blue, Swain starts to walk over as though he's going to take it. I say, "no, dude. I need this blue." I didn't, really, but he's swain, his passive gives him sustain plus I just saw him waste both his summoners on a hopeless kill. He responds, "lol ok. afk. have fun." and ports back and afk's. I get that there's nothing they can do about this at some point, but it's so incredibly irritating to lose 28 elo on those games out of sheer bad luck. I don't think it happens to me any more often than anyone else, but some type of loss forgiven script would be amazing in cases like that. Or cut it to 25% elo lost, that way there is still a penalty to discourage gaming the system but it doesn't hurt so bad. Winning team can get 25% of what they would get normally. It lowers the quality of the gaming experience so much it's almost like playing two different games. I've never played another game where one person could quit and fuck over nine other people. One idea that keeps popping back into my head is using some type of q system to let people take over rage afk games. I know this is probably impossible, but I would love to be thrown into a random champion/role w/ their summoners and masteries and partial build and seeing what I could accomplish w/ it. You could elo gate this. No way to tell the difference between real DC and false DC, I guess, although you could opt into the system and reward extra IP for people who offered to fill roles who quit. Also, Patch 3.9: The Parker Rage Overflows. You can't see pings anymore in loading, buddy. You'll just have to parse for Brazilians in chat. You will know us by our laughs. huehuehue.

I've posted numerous times to Riot that there needs to be a scaling amount of LP you lose based on the amount of time a player is afk at the well. If someone DC's 3 minutes into the game and you play it out to minute 40, you should only lose 30% of the LP you normally would have lost or something along those lines. It's extremely unfair that you take the brunt of full losses for either DC's or dumb ass AFK's. Wait so you mean they made AP Yi even stronger? I thought they were going to nerf it so he scaled with just AD. He was already a bit OP early game as AP.
PS. So those two games you just played, is like 70-80% of my ranked experience in April, May, and some of June. Also it wasn't ping that let me know it was brazilians, it was someone dying two times, then you died once with the other guy having 1hp left, and them responding with "OMG FUCKING NOOB GG" and having the worst goddamn attitude. I haven't run into a lot since they started rolling out the servers so Thank Fucking God for that. I think Yi might be easier to kill because is Alpha Strike isn't going to be so random and pokey. Unless he clicks on you or a unit next to you, he's going to just hit the minions around him. I also think there is an LP loss forgiveness if someone DCs and doesn't come back within a period of time based on game length. When I wasn't getting LP choked, wins and losses would be 18-23 LP. But if someone DC'd on my team it'd be like 10-15 LP. I've also had a lot of people playing, sucking and having "LAG" issues out of nowhere. Is it like the new meta excuse to claim lag when there isn't any?
Not sure if you guys read Surrenderat20.net but its a great sight for stuff Riot is thinking about doing. There are also decent leaks once in awhile about new champions. There are also sneakpeaks into future skins etc. They also aggregate any AMA, and posts they have on the riot forums. So you get the benefits of Riot forums without having to deal with reading all the retarded children. The one glaring thing right now that I find very interesting/hilarious/sad is that they're basically regretting all the champions they shit out in 2012 to like March of 2013. Every single one they have some commentary on how they need to change a large portion of their abilities, looks, lore, etc. Like, they're trying to fix Rengar, and they just released the fucker. It's like COME ON.

They actually had a function. You could take a quick, cursory glance and figure out how far along each person is before the match started. Now I have to look at 10 individual %'s. And do I really care about getting to see summoner icons during loading? Course it's probably just a coincidence they did that at the same time that you can now purchase summoner icons.
That too, which I find retarded. Its also for the people who dropped retarded money on the Ezreal skin and the upcoming Udyr skin, those come with icons as well.
Problem with Draven's new passive: if he loses laning phase his passive becomes pretty useless later on. You can't build stacks and cash them in b/c you'll keep dying.
Holy fuck, I went from playing on a 17 inch HP with a full keyboard to playing on a 13inch MacBook Pro and the adjustment is fucking me up so badly. I feel like I never see enough of the screen and the FPS doesn't break 32. I was playing at ~60 before. Its more consistent, but I can't get my scrolling right and I'm constantly losing myself in team fights.
Can someone explain to me the enjoyment you get out of trolling a video game? I don't understand why you would waste 30 minutes of your life being intentionally bad at something.
Even better, I have THE PERFECT Wood League story. Ranked game of course. I'm Morgana mid going against Diana. J4 Jungle and Vayne bot. Jump in 5-7 minutes, we're up 5-0. I kill Diana go b, J4 is picking up red. Started to head bot for gank. I start running bot as well, but get just past inhibs. See Diana by dragon (my ward of course), I ping twice, yellow and red. J4 pings twice yellow. Our Sup dies, vayne 2v2 can still disengage and get behind tower. Doesn't. Dies (only time Vayne dies the entire game). Rages at J4. "WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU?" Jump to 2 minutes later. J4 & I clean up the kills. Pushes tower. Vayne rages "I STILL WANT TO FARM, LEAVE TOWER" Vayne is 4-1-2 at this point, and has equal farm with enemy adc, there is real no point. J4 takes it. Vayne amps it even more "ITS THROWING TIME" calls J4 a noob, fucking idiot, etc. That goes on for another 5 minutes. J4 threatens to quit, just so Vayne doesn't get points/win. Vayne claims all she wants is for J4 to be mad. At this point we're up 9 kills and 5 towers. Moving on to push to knock down mid inhib tower. We get that, then go get Baron. Vayne pops out and shows enemy team we have baron. J4 flips the fuck out for 2 minutes. Vayne threatens to throw just to see him mad. I'm trying to talk this fool out of it, but he keeps going. Now jump to us taking both Nexus towers out, and they're still going at it. Nexus gets halfway down and both of them are still threatening to quit, etc. With top and super minions we win the game, but holy fucking shit. These spiteful little fuckers. There is nothing you can do with these dicks. Nothing. Fucking children. I won and still felt like I loss.
