    That's a Braves' story, not a Cubs' story. Both those guys obviously had strong Atlanta influence, because JayHey did not let his time in St. Louis corrupt him into stupidity.

    In addition to making block slides illegal, they just added this:

    "Baseball and the union also agreed to limit mound visits by managers and pitching coaches to 30 seconds and to cut the countdown clock for between-innings breaks by 20 seconds"

    I really like the Cubs as a whole. If the Jays can't win then I hope they do. The Cubs have the ACTUAL "best fans in baseball" in my opinion. I found while in Chicago they were a warm, funny, hard-drinking bunch. That area around Wrigley, Addison, is awesome. Reminds me of the Red Mile in Calgary. That's a good thing.

    At this point, I might have to become a Cubs fan, for one year only, since I know the Braves aren't going to do either jack or squat. Plus nothing would make me happier than seeing every stupid-ass St.Louis fan lose their ever loving shit when Chicago finally wins one. Especially if they beat them along the way.

    I'm already on the Cubbies' bandwagon. I doubt the M's are going to do anything this year, Bryant is a local Vegas kid, and I've always been a fan of Rizzo and Madden.

    They actually have the perfect amount of depth. Victorino is a non-issue. He's there for depth in case one of the top 4 get injured and also to give flexibility in case they may want to trade Soler for an arm later in the season. Either way, the depth they have is no joke.

    Is Aroldis Chapman an American citizen? Is he allowed to have a gun? Why does everyone want to gloss over how serious that part of his incident is? I mean, it's been reported that he admitted to that part.
